Best option for a stop-over

Correct no fuzz hotel in the main street, with fair bedding and huge bathroom, very helpful staff. Did not try out the restaurant or breakfast. There not many alternatives in San Sebastian apart from the much costlier Parador, so I found this the best option for a night stop-over. Hotel is on walking distance from the ferry’s.

After reading some reviews here we went for a 3 night stay in a superior room. Large room and bathroom view of the park. Comfortable what was a little strange that the bath had a shower facility and next to the bath another shower unit but with a curtain. Not for me as can't stand a wet shower curtain flapping around your legs. Well worth paying extra with a good breakfast and pleasant staff. Great for short stays if your on a Gomera discovery trip you are best off taking hotels in the places you're visiting as driving in Gomera is a nightmare due to so many hairpin bends.

Great base for walking holiday

Thanks to all at Hotel Torre Del Conde. We spent 5 nights here whilst on a walking holiday, our first floor room was spacious enough with a balcony overlooking the street, so some noise late at night and early but that goes with its convenient location. Just a few minutes from shops, restaurants and the waterfront. Breakfast was great and very well managed. A range of hot food, breads, pastries and fresh fruit. Staff attentive to Covid safety. A really good stay.

Great place for a night before the ferry. Quick walk, plenty of restaurant s near buy. Great view of the park. I can't believe it was renovated, but I slept well. The heater even worked. The staff was helpful

Charmless and a bit dated, but acceptable

Centrally located in the heart of San Sebastián. The hotel overlooks a narrow street on one side and the Torre del Conde park on the other. The building is quite ugly, the entrance is very ugly and the facilities are a bit dated, although our room had been renovated to the standard of any business hotel. Breakfast below average. All in all, this hotel could be the right choice to spend a night if your ferry arrives very late or leaves very early, but I would not recommend it as a base for your entire stay: there is no shortage of charming hotels, apartments and country houses in La Gomera.
