Propaganda enganosa! Pior hotel!

Péssimo! O quarto não tem nada a ver com as fotos que o próprio hotel disponibiliza em seu site. Um absurdo tratar com tanto descaso os hóspedes que ESCOLHERAM este hotel de acordo com fotos e descrições de serviço que não correspondem à realidade! Uma falta de respeito inconcebível! Fiquei num quarto do primeiro andar, pouco iluminado, com uma janela mínima que dava para o prédio da frente e quase beirava a calçada. Os vidros não têm isolamento e se escuta absolutamente todo o barulho da rua e dos outros quartos. O banheiro é velho, cheio de manchas e com uma limpeza muito mal feita. Os móveis são velhos e manchados, a roupa de cama tem furos e as paredes estão descascando. O serviço de "limpeza" feito diariamente é praticamente nulo, não limpa nada nem troca as toalhas/tapetes. Ao dirigir-me à recepção para pedir uma toalha nova, fui informada de que NÃO HAVIA TOALHAS. O hotel não tem uma única toalha extra disponível! O único ponto positivo a destacar é o pessoal da recepção, simpático e prestativo. Há muitas outras opções de hotel em San Antoni. Fujam desta espelunca!

Azuline hotels are very irresponsible! I booked this hotel so that I can easily commute to west coastto the parties, and the bus station is 3 mins walk. Instead, when arrived they told me they have no rooms left and settled me to another hotel which was 20 mins walk to bus station and trust me taxi are very expensive in Ibiza. They did not even apologised or returned me part of my money. Very disappointed.

The staff are lovely, and the hotel clean. Very central and close to bus station and nightlife. The room was big and cleaned every day. Even found a praying mantis in my room from the open window. The hotel is good. No theft at all.......and I left money in my passport and it wasn't touched. I would say absolutely safe.....all good for a basic stay. Now the bad bit.....drunk brits vomiting in the passageway and reception. Brits shouting all night long and the banging of the hotel bedroom doors really is something I've never experienced before.......so take ear plugs.....big ones! And expect abuse in the passageways if you meet one of the "clubbers" - not the hotel's fault at all, but at the end of the season if this is a problem, what is it like in August???? I enjoyed myself, accommodation good, cheap........recommend with ear plugs!!!

I arrived at this hotel 13th Sept 2022. I had read reviews and was apprehensive about my stay. I had read that the hotel was rowdy and lot of guests had things stolen. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. The rooms were clean, the staff were friendly and yes it was a little rowdy at night, but what do you expect given the location!! If you want a quiet night, you do not go to a hotel that is meters from the west end!! As for belongings being stolen, pay for a safe. I always pay for a safe where ever I stay, even in a 5 star hotel. The pool area is clean and staff here are also friendly, drinks a bit pricey, but cheaper than the bars and restaurants. If I go back to Ibiza I would definitely stay here again.

Basic, no maid service as such. Don't expect a chair in your room. I think the previous reviews about break ins is overrated, good cheap base for clubbing weekend, Friendly neighbours on the balcony, but no privacy. Irish couple on my left were a laugh but had no idea what they were talking about. LOL.
