incompetent desk person/pool temp 35 degrees

Gave me a key to an occupied room. Opened the door, people's stuff everywhere What if they gave someone else MY room key and they took my stuff? Pool temp is about 35 degrees. Shouldn't advertise a pool when it is unusable. Desk person didn't know what he was doing.

My wife, I had an amazing fun time here at the Best Western we alwayz do. The Wifi, Pool, Fitness Center, and Free Breakfast is the best part. It’s fun for Kid’s, Friend’s, Family, and it’s also great for a party.

Overall, I like the location is great close to restaurants, freeway, stores and others things you will need. I didn’t get a chance to use the pool it was Winter time. I will stay again for business and short vacation.

The shower head was not working properly. The defuser to send water up to the shower head would do so many times. I had to hold it to get it to work. The plug next to the A/C had come out of the wall. The plugs for all the lamps were loose, and some of them did not work properly. All other appliances worked properly. The lights over the basin, kept flashing on and off. There was a bulb out on the right side as you were facing the basin.

Stayed 4 nights for a business trip in Sunnyvale, CA: (1) Location: Not right next to the major freeways. However, the hotel is on El Camino Real that can bring you the I-880 and is close to San Tomas Express Way that is connected to freeway 101. Within walking distance, lots of restaurants on El Camino Real. Major section of Korea town is within a few minutes of driving. (2) Facility: Very clean and well maintained. The hotel has sufficient parking space, outdoor pool, and indoor gym. (3) Breakfast: Not the best breakfast I have experienced at Best Western but not the worst either. Pandemic concern might limit the food items. Bagels, waffles, pastries, banana, apple, cereals, yogurt, burritos, boiled eggs, milk, juice, and coffee ... A small dining area with less than 10 tables is located right next to the lobby. (4) Room: Everything seems new. Very clean and well maintained. Each room has microwave, mini refrigerator, Samsung TV, K-cup coffee machine. Sound proof was good and I didn't hear any noise from next room nor upstair. A/C and heat are adjusted by a wall-mounted electronic controller (super easy to use). A/C unit seemed new and didn't make much noise. (5) WiFi: Connectivity was good and speed was okay. (I haven't tried watching movie) (6) Front desk personnel: I didn't interact with front-desk staffs much, but they seem nice.
