pior hotel que eu ja fiquei

definitivamente o pior de todos, acabei reservando ele numa discussão com minha esposa, a localidade é péssima no meio de uma "br" no meio do nada, a noite é escuro dmais a unica coisa perto é um shopping, mas quem vai para o caribe para ficar no shopping, mais não é isso que quero falar, o lugar é imundo, quarto com toalha de papel por dois dias a mesma e quando pedi uma de algodão me deram a que estava em cima do frigobar na recepção, a internet so pega bem no 4 piso, ou seja, nada de internet no quarto ou coisa parecida, o ar condicionado é de 1900 e nao tinha a tela de protecao, e o filtro nunca foi trocado, o serviço de recpcao foi o pior que ja vi, reservei 5 dias mas sai com 3, minha esposa queria sair desde o 1 minuto, mas como chegávamos so para dormir, nos acomodamos... esqueci a porta era meio porta meio vidro, e a parte superior da porta (VIDRO) tinha uma lona preta, para tapar, fiquei no segundo andar o 1 apt da esquerda.

To start with the bottomline: Stay away if you can! There are many hotels in Santa Marta, don´t pick one of the worst. After 250+ hotel nights (about 150+ stays) in 40+ countries during the last two years alone, I can say that this “hotel” makes it in the Top3 of the worst ones. And ranks first in the category “most depressive room”. But let´s look at the fact and details, shall we? 1) Entering the room, the floor is filthy – you do not want to put anything on it. Even walking over it with shoes on feels bad. We had plastic bags from our last food shopping laid out to put our suitcases on. 2) The room just has a bed. No chair(s), no table, no closet, nothing else in it (see pictures). 3) The room is dark, meaning no daylight at all at any time (room # 2.15). 4) The walls are stained with … something (Yak!!). Almost all walls (see pictures!). 5) Looking at the bathroom. Only a sink with water, no cold or warm and pretty filthy. (see picture) 6) Super small bathroom, only about 20cm (2/3 of a foot) in front of the toilet. Enjoy sitting without knocking your head or toes. 7) Of course no amenities such as shower gel or shampoo. (3 Stars, really?!?) 8) A “highlight” at the end: The shower Not just that there is not really a shower but more a just a pipe out of the wall (see pictures). And not only that there is just “water on/off”, no warm or cold – mostly pretty cold. There is also mould. The drain is not on the lowest point in the little shower-cabin. What does it mean? It means that when entering, you step in the (days-)old centimetre-deep waste-water from the guest staying at the room before you, covering 50+ % of that space (see picture). Yak! Other aspects: 9) Internet does most of the time NOT work. IF on, it is rather poor. 10) When paying with creditcard (we had to quote MC or visa when booking), it did not work. Next day it worked (they said), but it was not possible to do it. After checking out, we stayed 2 nights, the check-out procedure too about ½ hour, it ended up with 3 staff searching the entire reception, all drawers, cupboard and even behind the desk for the creditcard machine. They couldn´t find it. After long discussions, they wanted to call Bogota and process the creditcard payment over the phone. At the end they copied my creditcard and then finally let me go. Oh and a final note: If you stay at that place because you intend to get some sleep at nights …. just FORGET IT! We stayed 2 nights, Sun-Mon + Mon-Tue. From about 8 or 9PM, extreme loud music is played, going through all rooms and levels. That disco does not stop before 2 or 3AM. (Playing music half as loud in Europe or North America, you would have the police knocking at your door within 15mins.) When the disco/music finally stops playing long after midnight, you can finally hear all the cars and trucks from the 4 to 6 lane main road right in front of the hotel, driving there 24/7. And if this is not enough, you hear every word of any person walking not only by your room, but from the entire floor. Super loud. On top of that, if possible to top, the room door has windows. They are milk-glass, so not see-through, but no matter how dark it is in your room, the hallway light shines through it and keeps the room light. So if you not in a desperate need of a nightmare, make sure you find a real hotel.

Spectacle horrible et choquant que de voir ces dauphins distraire des touristes par leur cabriole

Dans un enclos minuscule ces pauvres captif saute a longueur de journée devant des touriste bien amusé il serais bien mieux en liberté.. Le tourisme colombien est en plein développement mais ce genre d'attraction est simplement barbare.

La verdad es que no se salva nada de este hotel, muy ruidoso, por las noches se oye la música del bar vecino, el restaurante cerrado, las chicas de recepción, unas antipáticas de cuida€o, por una soda me pidieron 4000 pesos, las habitaciones con poca luz, el wifi si cae constantemente, el lavabo es tan pequeño que supongo que lo hicieron para pitufos, no se puede sentar uno en la taza bien, porque tocas con la pared, en fin, quería quedarme quince días, y me fui al día siguiente.

Empecemos con lo bueno. Las habitaciones son agradables, con aire acondicionado y un aseo adecuado. Regular, el Parqueadero es limitado, entonces si llegas tarde te toca ir a otro lado a parquearlo. Igual, está seguro. Está ubicado de forma que si quieres ir a la playa, usas taxi. Si vas a algún centro comercial, taxi. Malo: si te dan habitación con ventana, sufrirás porque no tiene una vista valiosa y si un bar karaoke que te tendrán sufriendo hasta las 3:00 AM con aullidos dolorosos de aquellos cantantes frustrados. Algunos colchones son resortados y tendrás dolor de espalda. El servicio tiene mucho por mejorar. Pedimos los implementos de aseo y no los llevaban al cuarto. 3 horas después bajé haber que sucedía y resulta que no me podía bañar porque el señor estaba chateando. El regaño del jefe y una pelea entre trabajadores en frente del cliente (por Dios!). Las toallas eran pequeñas como de manos. Le dije al señor que me estaba dando toallas pequeñas y me responde "estas son las toallas del hotel". Por último, cuando llegué, me cobraron por adelantado. Les dije que yo pagaba al finalizar el servicio y me responden "igual, con la reserva tenemos los datos de su tarjeta de crédito. Si no paga en efectivo, lo cobramos por ahí" ya con eso supe que entraba en un hotel que ha sacado a más de uno corriendo.
