If you visit in winter, bring a blanket. The gardens are lovely

This is a pretty good BW. Our room was large and comfortable. The grounds are very attractive. When they say garden they mean garden. Well kept with love and care. It was cold though and there were no extra blankets available in the room. This drops the review from excellent to very good. I would go back and give this place another try because it is very nice and so is Santa Rosa

Excellent ADA Accomodations and Breakfastt

As a caregiver, I'm often traveling with my client. Most motels do not have excellent ADA rooms, but this Best Western does...a separate bed for me, a roll in shower that drains properly, and all amenities within reach of my client. The breakfast at this motel is also excellent as the menu, though limited, is prepared as you request...not self serve. The motel is freeway close and convenient to shopping and restaurants. This is one of my favorite places to stay.

Clean, good location , kind people running it . I have never had a bad stay here ! I was so grateful to have found this place. The staff has always been welcoming and helpful. I will be staying here again

Our last visit to a Best Western Hotel was in Santa Rosa, Ca for a Christmas Open House. The manager actually accommodated an early check in order for us to get ready for the 1Pm event. The room was spacious, very clean and the staff was vey intuitive to our needs.

Clean quiet rooms in a pretty setting. There actually is an attractive garden and it softens the off the freeway setting. Our only complaint is that it got very cold in the night and there were no extra blankets in the room. If you are visiting in winter and it looks like the temperature will be low, ask for extra blankets when you check in. Apart from that this is a decent place.
