I’d rather live in my car

It was dirty, inside and out, the dryer didn’t work properly, and it was used for section 8 and domestic violence victims. Anything that you could imagine that comes with those two class of people is exactly what this hotel was like. The staff was very nice and accommodating, but there’s only so much they can do to control the clientele. Cops were there more than a few times.

I’m only giving this review two stars and not one because I got a discount the day of (Saturday July 11th). But when I got upstairs I would have demanded a discount. The ELEVATOR reeked of cigarettes. And the hallways smelled like a strip club im China town. You could have sworn it was the 60s with how lax the place is with its smoking policy. News flash not the 60s and I’m sure management is well aware of the issue but the money flows, so what’s the problem right. Bathroom was clean, and all was in place.

We chose the non-smoking room and were assigned room 124. It smelled of smoke, lacked a toilet seat cover, had dead bugs in the room, lacked a fire alarm cover and smelled of cigarettes, and weed. The management was nice and switched us, but the smell was still there. The jacuzzi tub did not turn on. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They just need to fix the first floor hallway, it smells of smoke to the point that the smell is still lingering in my nose.

All-in-all a good stay. Key system should be improved, and minor fixes should be addressed. It's November, but a pool would be nice to have available. Breackfast should be expanded for the guests with a breakfast meat choice.

The staff was very helpful with any questions or any overall needs. Our room temperature was cozy, our beds were super comfy, our room and parts of the hotel we saw were clean. I personally like vending machines and was relieved to find one on site.
