For starters, you get what you pay for. This hotel is very inviting on the outside, but the inside could use a lot of TLC. Our room was an adjoining one, unfortunately with a 2 inch gap at the bottom of the door so we could plainly hear our neighbors’ TV, late night phone calls and conversation. We ended up stuffing pillows in the crack in an attempt to muffle the sound. There is no housekeeping during the stay. If you need clean towels, you go to the front desk and get them. You can sit your garbage in the hall, someone may come & pick it up. The shower was mildewed and the shower curtain looked like a small child butchered it with scissors. The water pressure in the shower was awesome though! The hotel advertises breakfast; however, we were advised during check in that there is no breakfast due to COVID. Come on man, everything else is open for dining, so you want me to think there’s no breakfast due to COVID? Still? I suspect the lack of breakfast is due to the lack of employees. It didn’t matter what time of the day or night I was out, I always saw the same employees. The employees were super friendly, except for one female at the front desk. Her face was always buried in her phone and when asked for something, she clearly showed that my presence was bothering her. Several evenings while coming in from dinner, the smell of marijuana was overpowering in the hallway. Oh, and there was a snake caught in the hotel while we were there. I ran into a super friendly maintenance worker as I was getting things out of my trunk who was more than happy to show his catch.

Bed were comfy, rooms were clean. They appear to be newly renovated, I like that they didn't have carpet. Staff was very friendly. They don't have breakfast (due to covid) but we knew that upfront. They did have complimentary coffee and juice that was very good! Would definitely stay here again.

The.hotel was affordable considering just 5mins from Dollywood and minutes from Pigeon Forge entertainment. We paid $80 per night. They advertised continental breakfast but did not deliver. When asked, they said they discontinued due to covid. luckily Cracker Barrel is next door. Busy hotel. You can tell they have upgrades in the last 5 years. What they lack is proper cleaning staff. They walls had scuffs on them, floors had stains, bed pillows had stains and shower amenities where coming apart. I mean we didn't pay $150 that all of their hotels wanted, I don't know what we expected. Not terrible but definitely need to work on finding staff that clean properly.

We trusted a third party booking site's rating and booked through them with one of their un-named deals. What a huge mistake! Once it was revealed to us that we were staying here and after reading the horrible reviews we were very concerned. Before checking in, we asked to see our room. It was NASTY! Floors not only un-swept for God knows how long, but they haven't been mopped in what looks to be months! Toothpaste blobs on the bathroom door jam, something red splattered on the bathroom walls, absolute filth everywhere. It even smelled atrocious! We refused to stay and immediately got ahold of the booking company who refunded our stay. The condition of this hotel would not be acceptable pre-COVID, much less during COVID. Ironically, they do have a germ guard up in the lobby to protect the staff but they aren't at all concerned about protecting their customers.

Bugs in the bathroom, sink cracked, absolutely no water pressure in the shower but the pressure in the sink sprayed water all over the walls, toilet, floor, tissue box in the wall, wall plug with hair dryer plugged in. Heat worked only on high, air worked only on high. Beds hard as the floor. Front desk charged extra for checking out early, when ask why....girl yelled and hung up phone. Absolute worst hotel we have ever stayed with....EVER
