Avoid not a good place to stay

I checked into this hotel and was immediately taken by the fact the gentleman at the front desk didn’t seem to care if I was there or not. It was middle of the evening so I asked if he knew who delivered food there his response was no I would just use one of the apps if I was you. I am a Hilton Diamond member which means absolutely nothing other than I stay way too many nights in a hotel every year year. But this is the first time I’ve ever had a desk clerk working the evening shift not have the slightest clue who delivered food to their location. When I got to my room housekeeping and turned the air-conditioning down to 56 I like a cool room but this was ridiculous I actually had to turn the heat on to get it so it was bearable. There was a dog either next to my room or across and the owner apparently had gone out because for two hours this dog barked nonstop. Here’s a thought have a dog floor so they can all bark in unison and those us that are trying to get some sleep can get it. The bed was OK the bathroom was cramped but at least it was clean. In the morning I needed a business center and the young lady pointed and said it’s over there with zero enthusiasm not that a business center is anything to be enthusiastic about but hey I’m a paying guest have a good morning first. The continental breakfast may have been one of the worst I’ve ever had. So Terrika the bed was okay the bathroom was clean but very cramped the people that worked the front desk here really seem like they could care less whether you were there or not. So you have been warned I won’t be back even though I stay in this area at least a couple times a month. I will also say I only chose this location because the place I normally stay didn’t have any rooms available because this was a last minute for me.

Contemporary decor, fresh, new, feels like a condo. Comfy bed. Plenty of plug-ins for devices. Stackable end tables. Very nice shower. Loved the eating area. My favorite hotel these days. My only suggestion would be a lighted mirror to lean in closer for makeup or shaving.

This hotel is in a great location. The rooms are large and fit our family of 5 very well. The entire hotel is very clean and the staff is super friendly. We didn't bring our dogs this time but they are pet friendly which is a huge plus. The breakfast selection is not a typical buffet that we are used to but everyone was able to find something they liked. It has a waffle maker, cereal, muffins, toast and bagels, breakfast omelettes and breakfast sandwiches. This our new place to stay when we are in town visiting family.

Everything in the room is immaculately clean. There are plenty of receptacles to plug items in, and several USB outlets as well. The great lighting means that it's easy to see whatever you want to see wherever you are in the room. There's plenty of storage space and closet space. The breakfast is better than most of the "free" breakfasts you receive at reasonably priced hotels.

Great hotel for family trips with kids. Great location. Dining and stores are at a distance of 5-10 minutes. Clean, spacious rooms. Tasty breakfast with a variety of choices like waffles, bagels with cream cheese, oatmeal and more, and friendly staff.
