Room was very dirty. Hair in shower drain. Carpet was sticky and disgusting. Light fixtures were in poor condition with exposed wires.Ice machine was broken. Staff was nice and apologized for the room but had no solution

Great nights sleep. Bed was awesome. But bathroom need new fixtures mainly bathtub . Staff was not helpful with tv not working. My room key was derivative after first night and had to go to office to deactivate room key. Long walk late at night.

Rooms are clean but need to be upgraded. Friendly service, great location for a concert at Cynthia woods pavilion. breakfast was ok in the am, swimming pool was clean, centrally located to shopping. Would stay there again.

As stated this location needs to be updated and repaired. the room was drab and the beds were uncomfortable. The grounds likewise needed to be updated and repaired. The staff while friendly and attentive can not make up for the condition of this facility

Great value for the money. The motel is a little dated. Good clean rooms and friendly staff. Pool was out of commission during our stay. Well located for the Texas Ironman with easy access onto I45 into Houston. Walking distance to local restaurants
