Romantic weekend getaway
After months of upheaval, lockdowns, and anxiety, it was finally time to get away from it all--even if it was in the same city. From the moment you enter the lobby and start the 96 floor elevator journey to the reception floor, you are transported to another reality. You actually have to evade staff since everyone wants to serve you. Special thanks goes to Yulia who personally helps us with a great room with a view and a beautiful bottle of prosecco. Wilson Fan and Catherine Li did outstanding jobs during dinner and our cocktails in the drawing room respectively.
Nicest Hotel in Shenzhen
Second different hotel in as many weeks here in Shenzhen, and the nicest of the two. Expensive, yes, but worth it, with exceptional service, food, and all-around amenities. The pool itself was a personal highlight (the fourth highest in the world!) and worth coming here for that, alone. The views, too, were outstanding, even with the perennial Shenzhen Smog, and some of the best in the city. Overall, the St. Regis lived up to its billing, and if ever in the market, with a budget, would definitely be worth a stay!
Wonderful hotel great people
Definitely one of the best hotels I’ve stayed around the world. Staff are super friendly. The front desk girl Cecelia (I hope I wrote her name right), my butler Alice, the Tea girl Su Ping on the bar of 96th floor... everyone was incredibly nice and helpful! I’ve been upgraded to the St. Regis Suite (twice) with a great view! Thanks to Harlan who is the front desk manager. The system has had some issues to either charge me or take my points out, the duty manager Jonny and Martin both have spoken to me in a very nice way. Overall, wonderful hotel, beautiful view, new facility, nice staff and great service, definitely a strong recommendation!
Greatest Hotel Of All Time
St. Regis is one of the most famous luxury hotel chains in the world next to others, such as W Hotels and Hyatt Regencies. However, out of those three, this is my favorite out of those. The St. Regis Shenzhen is located in the 100-floor skyscraper and includes a mall, several restaurants, and more. This very restaurant was the highlight of my entire trip to China. First of all, the location is decent as there are many attractions in the vicinity. It's so great that you could walk to your destinations, which is nice. However, being the lazy person I am, I drove anyway. I loved the services as well. The KK mall located inside the building offers multiple products ranging from food to fancy clothing. The pool area is also exceptionally spacious with a spa and gym. I loved the food too; Ristorante Elba was great and deserved to earn a Michelin star. The rooms are also very comfortable. They are enormous and my family, and I had plenty of space to walk around in our suite, although we didn't stay there long due to other entertainment areas in the hotel. Lastly, the price was also somewhat reasonable as this was a 5-star hotel. Riding at only 260 dollars, this is very affordable compared to most another 5-star establishment, which typically charges over 500 dollars per night. Overall, the hotel experience was perfectly on point. I strongly recommend this hotel if you ever visit Shenzhen. I'd give the comfort a 5, location a 4.75, the pricing a 4.75, and the services a 5
