O hotel cassino é um charme, quartos amplos e elegantes, vista para rio, ofuro excelnte, piscina e spa de qualidade. Porém precisa pagar para usar a academia, achei muito estranha esta pratica. A noite shows musicais deixam a estada mais agradável. O horário do café da manhã a partir das 10h00 é rim para pessoas que precisam sair cedo, mas tem pequenas cafeterias que resolvem o problema. O brunch é excepcional, nota 10! Estacionamento sem custo com manobrista, valeu muito a pena a hospedagem.

Sewage Smell, No Housekeeping, No Self-service Luggage Carts

I really would think twice about staying here. The location was good for us because it was 1.5 blocks away from the convention center there. So the hotel "looks" decent. You will immediately smell a VERY noticeable e sewage issue when you walk through the lobby, with no explanation or sign about it from the staff. This was in late March 2023, so maybe they will address it one day. Also, there is NO HOUSEKEEPING on the room for your stay. When asked why the room is not being cleaned, they said "because of Covid". Huh? It's 2023. Will this cost-saving rationale continue another 25 years? So of course, you should not leave a tip for the maids because they don't clean the rooms until you leave. Even when I walked to the lobby to ask the room be cleaned, they did nothing. When leaving, I had asked that to use the luggage cart to get the bags. No, every hotel I've ever been to they let you use a cart. Apparently, they are trying to twist another tip out of you so they can only let you use a cart if they help you with it and hold their hand out. Huh? So we had to drag all of our bags to our car. Thanks Sam's. Enjoy that tip. When I asked for a bill print, they left out almost all of the charges on the bill, so I never got an itemized bill for everything we were charged for. One of the captive restaurants Smokey Joe's had extremely slow service (maybe 50% of the seats were occupied) though the waitress was nice enough, yet it took a full hour to get our breakfast (nothing complicated) and we almost missed our check out time, which is 11AM FYI. This restaurant also take a break during the working hours of the restaurant which is an unfortunate trend at some places now, because apparently the idea of everyone not taking their breaks at the exact same time might be a way to avoid shutting the place down. Seriously? Are we 5 years old? We didn't partake of the casino, so I have no comment about that. Also, on top of the aforementioned sewage issue in the lobby, there is a Casino-standard smoke smell through the building. Stay elsewhere, an Air B&B would probably be better.

Nice and friendly staff. The room was getting to the point of refreshing. However the rooms are big and roomy. Restaurant was busy but food was ok.The casino was small but plenty of games. Had one elevator which was tough on us do to having knee surgery prevented us from using the stairs.

We had the 2 queen bed room with coffee maker & frig. The bathroom was HUGE & had a separate vanity area & a separate room with door for the toilet. Everything was perfect & very clean. Not sure about this last review about the sewer smell? Maybe posted on the wrong hotel maybe? Anyway, there was a fun cover band playing for free 7-12p downstairs (most Fri & sat?) at “sams town live” which is an open seating area with dance floor with the bar & seating there adjacent. No pressure to buy a drink; can just sit & enjoy the music. & drink prices were reasonable: $6 for a well bourbon. There is also a cafe down there open from 6am-2:30 am with Starbucks, pre made sandwiches ($8) & salads ($6), pizza & deserts to bring up to your room. Also, happy they let us check in before the check in time(we arrived 45min-1hr prior) We have stayed here before & would most definitely do so again.

Raw sewage smell.. If they can't smell it they all have covid

Dirtiest hotel casino ever. Raw sewage smell all over hotel, furniture (couches) stained and tape holding up plaster. Mold on shower curtain. Never again. Had to check out and go to another hotel. They know the smell is there. Staff told me.
