The Remington Suite Hotel and Spa is top notch!...My wife and I had weekend getaway that was complete awesome. The rooms are very tastefully decorated , spacious, and very clean. The staff was very helpful and catered to our every need. My wife cried when she saw the rose petal hearts on the bed. This place is worth every dime.
What a great surprise.

This location is amazing and unique. The hotel and decor are so nice can’t believe this place is pet friendly. The staff was outstanding. Chris in particular went out of his way to ensure that our stay was superb. He had recommendations for food along with menu suggestions. Would highly recommend and will be back.

My husband and I stayed in Room 17, the Russell. Our entire stay was overall very enjoyable. The hotel was recovering from a wedding the night before, so everything was pretty quiet, which is what my husband and I prefer. The hotel staff seemed happy to accommodate us as much as possible.
Pre-Spa: No cosmetologists were available to do a facial, so we booked a couple's massage. We were granted access to the hot tub and pool. The downside was that the hot tub was not hot - it was barely warm. The jets were actually pulling in cold water. The upside was that the room was empty and the staff provided us with robes and offered us complimentary beverages.
Spa: Our massages were amazing. No complaints whatsoever. We were thoroughly pleased with both (I got the Swedish, my husband the Deep Tissue).
Room: Our room was pleasantly decorated. The amenities surprised us. We seemed to have everything we needed - a Keurig, coffee cups, K-cups, cream, sugar, minifridge, toiletries, Netflix, etc. A silly part on our end was that we didn't figure out how the adjustable lights worked until our stay was almost over. Neat feature!
Bed: I'm not sure if the bed was to blame, but both my husband and I did not sleep well at all. We both expected to sleep like babies because we were both exhausted AND had just enjoyed relaxing massages. For some reason, though, he and I both woke up multiple times throughout the night (that's not typical for us at all) and woke up with back pain.
Bathroom: While the bathroom was fully stocked with everything we needed, there were a few details that disappointed us: the bathtub had a line of rust under the faucet; water would only come out of the shower head AND bottom spout simultaneously (you couldn't get it to only come out of one or the other); and the jets for the tub would only work if someone stood outside the bathroom and turned the dial. If my husband stood there and turned it, they would work. He tried turning the knob both ways and it just wouldn't work.
Breakfast: We enjoyed the breakfast options and once again were spoiled with enjoying it by ourselves. It was very peaceful.
Overall hotel: We loved the quirks and personality of the hotel. The design is impeccable and memorable. The amenities selected are high-quality. The staff is very friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will happily come back - we just might request a different room to see if the bed is more comfortable in there.
Another amazing Hotel with Tammy Rosales

Another GREAT find!!! Love staying in hotels that cater to the artistic side of my creativity and boutique hotels! We LOVE art and any hotel that expresses it in that way, we truly appreciate their attention to detail.
We were booked for one of the suites that had the spiral staircase in it and a 2 story beautiful suite. Had a gorgeous plate glass window view upstairs with a king size bed on the 2nd floor.....GORGEOUS!! After opening the door we asked if another suite was available due to us not being able to ascend and descend.....safely for our comfort.
They kindly accommodated us with another exquisite one story room! This room was so gorgeous!!! High-end end tables, beautiful cowhide rug in roomy living room, white supple leather couch. We had a kitchen behide a wall that separated the galley kitchen from the very ample living room. A super comfortable king size bed with high end, shell inlaid nightstand beside the bed. Tvs in both living room and bedroom.
The bathroom onsuite was breath taking!! One side had a toiletry side with toilet. Walk out and the otherside had very roomy closet, walk in large shower with 6 heads to provide massaging water streams, one shower head over head to supply water from above and a stone ledge for ease of shaving legs or soap & hair supplies.
In the middle of the bathroom and connecting the toiletry side with the makeup and shower side was a huge Jacuzzi tub big enough for 2 adults.
We almost did NOT want to leave our room!!
But we did and went next door to a very laid back where customer service was a top priority, bar next door, the Stray Cat.
The Remington has a very full bar of anything you would like as far as a cocktail. The Spa is like no other!! We have had massages, facials and pedicures here and they are by far the very best!!
So many photo ops it is unreal...truly something for every adult getaway!
If you are looking for everything right at your fingertips....checkout The Remington hotel. If it is good enough for Terry Bradshaw and us, you will LOVE The Remington.
Great service but the amenities need to be updated.

I have had many clients and witnesses stay here over the years because it’s across the street.
Recently I decided to have an overnight stay-cation with my wife. We had a nice relaxing evening and she had mani-pedi from Anna that was great.
I love the historical setting, the beds are very comfortable and the front desk and spa have amazing service. Seth, Chris and April are to be commended.
The following are a few disappointments:
1. I added romance package, but we didn’t get gourmet chocolates nor did they ask about robe sizes.
2. Room looked over street which was nice, but room was two stories. Stairs very narrow, window blinds are manual, a/c control downstairs so we had to go down narrow stairs to close blinds and cut the air down.
3. Being on the street side can be a little noisy.
4. Television remote didn’t work.
5. Tub jacuzzi jets cut on from outside the tub area.
6. Breakfast is VERY continental, but not fresh.
On the other hand, I enjoy:
1. Small inside pool,
2. Great sitting areas in the lounge,
3. Workout area,
5. Steam room and lockers,
6. Spa treatments available,
7. In-room Keurig coffee,
8. Diffuser scent was very nice.
