Thought this Holiday Inn was a great value for the price. We got upgraded to a larger room which was really appreciated. Breakfast was good although the pancake maker was broken and the choices were exactly the same for the two mornings we were there. However, everybody there was very friendly and we would stay again.

We have been staying here on and off every weekend in the Spring for the past two years. Everyone from management to the front desk to breakfast staff and housekeeping have been outstanding. Breakfast has several different options and they keep it well stocked. Front desk is always helpful and most working there know us by name. Housekeeping, even during challenging times, has always been very accommodating. There is great space on the counter by the sink in the bathroom. The frig and microwave are nice to have at the hotel. Parking is ample and easy to access. We just can't say enough nice things about the people who work at the hotel. While we have never used the pool, it is always clean and even when crowded they do a nice job of keeping things picked up.

We have stayed at this property numerous times. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. Housekeeping has always done a very nice job for us. They are quick to solve any issues and go out of their way to make sure everything is in good working condition in the room - when it isn't they try to fix it. The breakfast is a typical continental breakfast and they keep it well stocked. The pool seems well kept and the workout equipment is maintained well. It has a nice lobby area that families can gather and lots of tables. Internet works well. Overall a great place to stay in Souix Center.

Super clean throughout, great service, great rooms, awesome pool/hot tub. One of the nicest Holiday Inns I have ever stayed in. Covid was in place, masks were on employees, breakfast was served and pool/hot tub open. Six foot distancing was in place everywhere, sanitizer as well. I had a great 2 day stay here.

After traveling all day we were glad to reach our destination and was pleased to find out we had been upgraded to a suite. It was very comfortable and relaxing. The new shades they use really block out the daylight unlike the old shades many hotels use. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and we had a good nights sleep. Wish the chain would do something about their breakfast because it’s not very good. I do have to say their in room Keuirg coffee is very good. If up here again would surely stay here.
