Excellent Customer Service
During this time of COVID-19 traveling with compromised immune systems is very stressful. Using digital key helps to avoid contact. Also the rates at this hotel made it feasible to rent the room a day before our arrival to ensure 24 hours without other people in the room. When we had trouble checking in on the APP, because we wanted a top floor and none was available, Donna was very helpful over the phone. We were checked in to a top floor room. We did this twice and were successful. The hotel was very clean and although there were many oilfield worker trucks outside it was very quiet. Will be staying there again this month.
Best hotel visit since the Houstonian in Houston
1. This was a mid point stopover from Colorado Springs to Mcallen Texas 2. Room big 418 comfortable as all get out... the mattress and comforter whew nice... kudos management 3. Dang they served a nice coffee/tea and hot egg muffin breakfast.... beats the hell out of none or grab n go stuff by a country mile 4. The staff ..... especially the General Manager at reception .... I think Ms Karen Sweet.... excellent person normal caring personable .... perfect calm cool balanced person..... she needs and deserves an atta girl.... best compliment I can give is that I would hire her away for any business venture I was involved in...... yes, she is that good! If mngt is reading this out it in her file.... to be read when she needs support or a raise..... or you make her a minor financial partner in your business.

The staff at the Snyder Hampton Inn was very welcoming and attentive. They remembered our requests from an earlier call upon arrival, and check-in was very quick. The hotel offers lots of truck and trailer parking, which makes it a convenient road-trip stop. The rest of the stay was unremarkable. The room wasn't dirty, but was worn; the walls had quite a few marks on them, fingerprints covered the TV, and the shower's water pressure wasn't great. The breakfast wasn't great, though I understand that the hotel was in the midst of adapting to the COVID-19 world. Therefore I appreciated the no-contact offering. That said, the food was sparse and unhealthy.
Best hotel in town!
I stay here about once a month when I come to see family. I always feel safe here. The pool has always been clean and in good working order. Clean, comfortable rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. Well lit parking lot.
Dont count on breakfast
The room was very nice. The room was clean well stocked and ready for us as we arrived late. Breakfast was from 6 to 10. We went down at 9:20 with a slew of other guests. There was barely anything. There were 2 omelets and a few servings of sausage, which were cold. They were well below the 140 + degrees they should have been. I asked the manager about restocking and after she found the attendant I was informed that it takes 45 minutes to cook more so she doesn't make more after 930. The product they use for omelets, potatoes and sausage do not take 45 minutes to prepare. It wouldn't take 45 minutes if she actually cracked the eggs herself. However, there were no pastries, milk for cereal, fruit, juice, smoothies, bagels, or bread for toast. Nor was the trash empty. The dining area was full half of which had come in the same time we did and she stood at the counter and talked to the person manning the desk, ignoring the dining area completely.
