Como um resort esse foi mais um dos quais era possivel aproveitar de natureza, bom humor dos mexicanos, muita paz e diversão para todas as idades e gostos!!! Foi uma estadia muito agradável e não tenho reclamações a fazer!

Beach? Where did they Hide the Beach?

I was attracted to Hidden Beach resort because of its clothing optional status and because of the lovely beach depicted on the website photograph of the resort. Upon arrival I discovered there is NO BEACH! Where did they hide the beach??? Obviously the beach in the photograph was photoshopped…. Can’t speak for others, but when I go to a Beach Resort, especially one with “Beach” in its name, I am anticipating there to actually be a beach…. Other than than that I would have given this resort 5-stars. Below are my pros and cons Cons: 1.) There is NO BEACH, instead a very rocky shoreline that would not be good for swimming and obviously no au-natural walks on the beach 2.). Swimming pool is on the small side 3.). Website indicates 2 restaurants but there is only one. 4.) There is only one Bar, the swim-up bar. (there is a mini-bar in the room) 5.) Be prepared to pay $100+ U.S. each way for transportation to and from the resort(Highway Robbery) 6.) The swim-up rooms are reserved for “Members Only” Pros: 1.) Entire staff were genuinely welcoming and friendly 2.) The resort grounds are immaculate 3.) House keeping is outstanding 4.) The food was probably the best I have had at an all inclusive resort( no ice cream though☹️) 5.) Access to both sister resorts amenities, however one would require a taxi ride.

ULA IS THE BEST!!! Thanks to Eleasin. The staff Arnie, Angel, Aniceto, Jhonathan, Ricardo, Froylan, Gaspar, Pedro, Esperanza and of course LA BELLA ALEJANDRA (I forgot to mention her at the checkout questionnaire so make sure she gets credit - she is truly amazing) were phenomenal as always! She really accommodated the 4 of us at Moonlight Pub night and we are very appreciative! I must make mention this time of 2 staff members who truly added to our experience - Axel and Edgar they are either chefs or cooks staffing the outdoor buffet always ready with a big smile and a greeting. Because of low occupancy, the main kitchen in La Vista began undergoing major renovations (they ARE listening) so that it could accommodate the diners at La Vista and get food out quicker. Due to this, the food was being cooked at the outside grill area where typically only lunch buffets are done. This was such a difficult undertaking for not only the servers, but mostly for the cooks/chefs and their helpers. It was so difficult for them yet there were no complaints, and every time we would see Axel and Edgar they were so friendly and appeared truly happy. The food was still delicious and every effort was made to accommodate. This will last approximately 1 month. (We had rain often enough and that made it even more difficult for them). Thanks to Angelica our hardworking housekeeper, Marcos at Mia Casa - Seaside, Pauline and Diana for our relaxing massages even though it started pouring midway through. Please put bar soap back in the bathrooms and showers. Not negatives but small requests: I realize this will not happen for a while, but the rooms could use a revamp - get rid of the jacuzzi tubs especially in the swimups and put a small couch or seating area. Some shelves or more storage is needed in the bathroom sink area, as well. Also, I wish they could move the safes in the closets so that you don't have to move the nightstand to get into it depending on what room you are in. Please stop asking guests to leave the pool loungers before 5 PM - find somewhere else to hold the theme dinners, as this was done to us about 6x during our visit - the pool is open til 8PM then guests should be able to lounge around the pool until then so leave the chairs set up til that time. Please put the clock back at the swimup bar. PLEASE LET THEM TAKE OFF THEIR MASKS! THE PANDEMIC IS OVER. We want to see their faces and smiles. See you all soon. THANKS TO ALL THE STAFF!!!!

Ideal Getaway Place!

This is the fifth or sixth time we have been to Hidden Beach. It is our ‘go to’ destination for fun and relaxation. The service is excellent, the surroundings are beautiful, the food is wonderful, and the staff is the best!!! Even though there isn’t really a beach there, we enjoy using the beach beds which overlook the ocean. You can also use the beach at the neighboring El Dorado Palms resort and its amenities. The spa is first rate and we enjoyed a nice variety of entertainment venues. This clothing optional resort offers a very liberating environment but is not sexual. Overt sexual behavior is prohibited. Unlike the mega resorts, it is small, intimate, and has a friendly atmosphere.

I thoroughly enjoyed this resort. The staff was incredible! The food was quite good. But the opportunity to walk the entire resort - Au Naturel - was the best part. Many of the guest we met were repeat visitors... and I can see why. The rooms are getting a bit outdated - but I did not want to be in the room that much. All the staff was super friendly... I would recommend going. And I will most likely be back again soon...
