Melhor Custo benefício !!! Hotel com ótima localização !!! Atendimento nota 10, preço compatível e locadora de veículos no próprio hotel !!! Valeu a pena !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I usually stay at Hamptons with my Hilton membership, but tried Double Tree. While I missed the free continental breakfast, different hotels different policy’s, there paid breakfast buffet looked delicious. Stayed on 6 th floor, it was so quiet I thought we were the only ones on the floor. The room was clean, beds comfortable(very important to me). The front desk people were somewhat robotic, except for one, who was extremely helpful and always had a smile on her face, thanks Nicole you made the stay so much more pleasant. Overall this was a great stay. We stayed mid- week and it is a convention, wedding party location, so weekends may be different. Close to major roadway’s and NJ transit to NY City.

As many others have stated the appearance of the hotel is dated. That didn’t bother me too much but some of the appliances in the room were affected from not being updated. Mainly the bathroom—I was only able to get lukewarm water when trying to take a shower. The water also came out brownish from the shower for the first minute or so which was definitely unpleasant. Outside of that the room was spacious and clean when I got in. There was a lounge chair and desk if you needed to get any work done which I appreciated. I did wish there was some kind of information book in the room to tell you about the amenities of the hotel. I wanted to order from the restaurant but had to go down to the front desk to ask for a menu. I was told there were no printed menus and I could only look at the posted menu on the wall in front of the restaurant. Which is fine but it would have been nice not to have to come down to the lobby and then go back up to my room to order just to come back down to pick up the food. Note that though the website advertises room service there is not actually room service at the hotel. You are able to call down and pick up the food to go, though. Seasonz was by far the best part of the hotel! My dinner and desert was delicious and I would definitely order from there again if I was in the area. Lastly it was pretty hard to sleep because of the noise level in the hotel. It seemed pretty empty when I checked in but someone was slamming the door to the stairwell several times in the middle of the night. My room was next to the stairwell so I could clearly hear it while trying to sleep. Though I know a hotel cannot always control noise it was another thing that added to my poor experience.

Staff gave me 25% off my room but I was inconvenienced n had to shower at home I found a bug in the bathroom on one of the lights the staff member identified the bug and apologize never offered a solution I feel

I really loved this hotel it was fun and the staff was very helpful. I also love the deers , rabbits , and foxes in the area of the hotel. I will definitely one back again. And I loved the cookies. Thanks
