I highly recommend this hotel. We stayed one night in the suite room. The view on the sea was incredible. The hotel and amenities exceeded our expectations. The staff is very nice too. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Worth a visit!

An excellent choice

We travelled as a group of 8 family members (3 generations) and all agreed that this hotel was a brilliant setting for a great holiday. We were hugely impressed by the friendly, helpful staff from reception to security to housekeeping to the restaurant, everyone was lovely. The food was excellent, we stayed half board and thoroughly enjoyed trying a wide range of local dishes intermingled with international dishes that were well prepared, fresh and delicious. We used the indoor pool and gym and both were maintained to a very good standard. The location was great, 15-20 minutes to the centre of sousse and a stone's throw from the beach. We look forward to returning in the future.

Superb Hotel ,well positioned a fifteen minute walk to town ,railway and buses .Friendly efficient staff.Good variety of well cooked food buffet style but with fresh pasta, omelette and fresh squeezed orange stations. Our room 630 was very comfortable with a huge bed ,kettle and fridge.Side sea view from the balcony with Sun in February ,all morning until About 2 pm.We went by train to El Jem coliseum which was amazing and by metro train to Monastir ,Ribat and mausoleum.The demolishing of old hotels and rubbish in the country side is a bit off putting but a very enjoyable inexpensive holiday.

Seriously! Is there a general manager? Can he control his staff? Is that a front office team? Really very horrible hotel does not belongs to Mariotte brand. It's a ZERO Hotel not 5* as they mentioned. Calling reception to ask for your bills she replies " tkalam bel9wi w 9odemi clionet..." Haka l customer service andkom? Front office are not professional at all they can work in down town hotels but Mariotte brand no. A very big zeroo

We stayed here for a week in a 7th floor suite on an all-inclusive basis. It was an excellent experience, and a real bargain. Staff are extremely pleasant and helpful; for example, they arranged a taxi trip to El Jem and back which was cheaper and better than those offered by the tour operators. Service was always friendly and efficient and the food at breakfast and dinner was first class – a good variety of local specialities as well as the usual European classics such as pasta, grilled meats etc. freshly cooked by chefs behind the counter. This is certainly not a 'dry' hotel. A wide range of drinks is offered in the bar, including several well-made cocktails within the AI deal. Our suite was spacious and comfortable, with views in two directions. The location is perfect – in fact it is one of the few top hotels within walking distance of the medina (about 20 minutes along the promenade). Sousse is rapidly returning to normal as a holiday destination and this is the ideal place to stay.
