Horrible management and a dangerous elevator. This is really a pathetic hotel I won’t return, I wouldn’t recommend it and I certainly regret staying there. The elevator is so quick to close it practically took my hand off and broke my watch.

This is my go-to hotel in spring!!! Awesome place, great location, near lots of fast-casual eating spots. A very quite area which is a huge plus for me!! They also have soft water!!!!! It's convenient to have mobile key for check in. Foods good and bar is open for evening cocktails. I've stayed multiple times and it's a popular place for business travel.

Easy registration and friendly personnel. Location was centrally located and staff gave me directions. Room was quiet and clean and comfortable. Felt welcomed and will definitely stay here again when travel dictates.

Fire alarm false alarm in the morning

Fire alarm was triggered early in the morning but no one on the hallway tell us it was false alarm until we asked hotel personnel. No staff know what was going on how long it will last. Starbucks in lobby will not accept payment via Starbucks app.

Soon as you walk into the hotels; it smelt so good inside. That gave me a peaceful experience that you rarely get when entering a hotel. The room was perfect and the hot water was great as well. The hotel is also close to many great places to have dinner at as well.
