The room had an unpleasant smell and the heat didn't work very well. The breakfast was by far the worst i've ever seen in any motel i've ever stayed in. And there were barking dogs across the hall. I don't think i'll stay in this particular motel again. The staff was excellent.

Clean, quiet, and up-to-date

The facilities were not in the slightest run down, and it was quiet and very clean. There is a restaurant next door, and a few other places nearby. The only negative was the breakfast offerings: I think that they were the most limited in our 7 day vacation trip. That said, we would highly recommend this facility.

I greatly enjoyed my stay at this location. The staff was friendly and courteous. The room was very comfortable and the property was very nice. Spring City is located near several large cities and I would definitely recommend this hotel is you are in the area.

Close to all the things I needed to be near. The staff was helpful and were enjoyable to interact with. The weather was crappy (rainy/cold) and the staff made sure the floors weren’t slippery and offered to help me load/unload my car.

Easy booking with a quick phone call. Nikki at the desk is friendly and helpful. The property is clean and comfortable. Housekeeping does an excellent job. Breakfast is very light and that suited us fine. We enjoyed an excellent breakfast at BB’s Cafe nearby. Rooms are clean and in good condition. They were flexible and we were able to add an extra night and a late checkout. Had a nice dinner next door. Every team member we spoke to was friendly and helpful. That always says a lot about the business. Thank you!
