Was not welcomed as honors member no offered snacks or water. Had to ask for water and told, sorry was supposed to be in the room. Bartender had no idea of what they had to offer and was sitting outside the bar with hood pulled over head. Room was somewhat clean. Had to wash out bathtub before use. Bed was a sleep number with no working controls. Therefore the bed was like a blanket on a piece of plywood.

Charged for my stay twice. 30% hold placed on my debit card for damages without warning. Never refunded the money for being charged twice and no apology was given. Never answered their phone. Left multiple messages and call was never returned.

Drug Hotel!!! AVOID !!!

My family of 6 checked in April 2nd for 2 night stay because our team was staying there. The hotel is pricey, not maintained, and has alot of issues. They rooms were not very clean. There are placards in the rooms stating they dont clean the rooms due to "covid", which makes no sense. The first morning my 7 year old went to wipe steam off off the mirror in bathroom and was stuck by a dirty drug syringe stuff behind the mirror with several others, when they fell out. We immediately called for help and medical services and was told they general manager and medical services were on the way. 15 minutes later, no one responded, we got our daughter medical treatement ourselves and I located the general manger behind the breakfast bar checking on the scrambled eggs. I was then told i should just take her to the hospital and someone would come remove the needles "sometime today, before the end if the day, and just dont touch them". I demanded someone come remove them immediately, and got no response, so i took them to the front desk, at which time I also got no response. Obviously we were packing to leave anyway, but the general manager had the never to come to the room to "check it out" and when voiced our issues we were told "we could leave". Which of coarse we did. Lots of hotels in Springfield, this one is falling apart, has dirty syringes in the rooms, and the management doent care. STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE.

This is a good hotel for business meetings. They have comfortable and clean rooms and the breakfast in the lobby is good with eggs cooked to order and a continental breakfast with fruit, bagels, pastries and other things.

Mattress needed replacing. No complimentary breakfast. Rooms need updated- there was rust all around the tub drain. The front desk clerk was very cordial and someone was always at the desk to help or answer questions. The lobby chairs were tattered so we didnt gather there to visit and found nearby restaurants to hang out.
