Precisei de um hotel para pernoite, na viagem de NY-ORLANDO. Achei por recomendação do booking. Quarto bem novo, moderno, grande e limpinho... banheiro impecável. Atendimento muito cordial e simpático Ótimo café da manhã. Recomendo.

Clean, Comfortable, and Incredibly Convenient

A clean, comfortable, trusted stop on our journey north. The bed was extremely comfortable! The sizable room was clean. It had a microwave and a small refrigerator. There’s a Keurig coffeemaker, too. The free breakfast was good, but not as well stocked as other HI Express hotels that we have stayed at, The real plus of this HI Express is the location. Across the street is a large shopping area with lots of good stores and restaurants. Within a mile of the hotel is “every” chain restaurant you can dream of! We chose Chili’s. Gas stations and other hotels are adjacent.

Clean, quiet and convenient

My employer booked and paid for this room without my input. However, this hotel was clean, quiet and conveniently located relative to a job site. The shower water was hot and plentiful. There was a refrigerator, microwave and Keurig in the room. And the desk clerk was pleasant and helpful.

Most comfortable bed!!

Stayed here for a week as it was the closest to a work commitment. Clean and tidy hotel with possibly the most comfortable bed I've ever been in. Convenient and basic buffet in the morning which i like and also always coffee available in the lobby.

DON'T COUNT ON A RESERVATION

Nightmare!!!!! After my crew traveled 11 hours to get to the hotel and check in, the reservations (all 4 rooms for 2 nights that were confirmed twice!!! once on the day of check in!!!) were not honored. I was told that they just over booked and basically that was that. The General Manager was absolutely NO help and really quite rude about the situation......I understand why they have problems after our short conversation...only bright spot was a young lady at the front desk who really tried to help my guys and actually cared about a bad situation that she did not create..
