Localização muito boa, bem perto do Six Flags, atendimento ótimo, estacionamento fácil, cama e travesseiros muito bons, chuveiro muito bom, café da manhã bom, ótimo custo benefício. Bom atendimento, bom ar condicionado, check in rápido e sem burocracia. Internet boa.

I have been staying at this hotel for 10 years, sometimes up to 3 times a year. However, during my recent stay, I was disappointed with a few of the amenities. At breakfast there was no regular, plain bread,no plain English muffins, or plain bagels, not for the entire 2 weeks. There were English mufffin or bagel sandwiches, all sausage and cheese, but no plain bread, plain bagels, or plain English muffins. There were sweet breads, but. again, no regular bread. Also the tables were wobbly, and in groups for 6 to 8 people or 2. And all the oatmeal was sweetened already, no plain regular oatmeal.Another organizational isssue is that of the bowls are by the cereal, so you have to go get a bowl on one side of the room, go out to the coffee stand to get the oatmeal, then back to the milk and microwave to cook the oatmeal. Why not just put some bowls beside the oatmeal and hot water? Also, no water in eating area. AS for the the rooms, they looked faded and old with sad, ugly brown sofas. Carpet in rooms is stained and ugly, and the hallway carpet is loose and has a wrinkle down the middle. It is time to give this place a more updated look.Get rid of the carpet and put floor tiles or wood. Elevator was super slow. Mattresses all slanted downward at the head of the bed. Refrigerator was wobbly and was noisy. All bathrooms need a bar for handicapped and elderly guests in the tub!!! And only 1 hook to hang towels and since housekeeping is on a request only basis, it is hard to get all towels dry. Also were not enough coat hangers since they had to be used to hang some towels. Positives: USA Today 5 days a week! Frig did work great as did microwave. Bathroom counters are fabulous because the counter crosses the whole room horizontally with so much space for toiletries, and there are electrical outlets at both ends or the counter (I love that!) The staff was wonderful and very helpful. The coffee stand in the lobby was great with flavors and different sweeteners. Also good juices were available at breakfast. Parking was sufficient. And location is great, near shopping area and parks and hiking trails.

This is a difficult review to write, because there are several very positive things to note about this hotel, but there are others that I found very troubling. The location of this hotel is excellent for visiting the Santa Clarita Valley with easy freeway access, and a plethora of shopping and dining options nearby (even within walking distance). There is a nice indoor pool that appeared clean. The front desk staff (particularly "John") are very friendly and professional, as are the maintenance and housekeeping staff. The hot breakfast was comparable to other similar hotels and kept well stocked. The mattress was firmish and quite comfortable, as was the sofa and desk chair. I appreciated the clean microwave and refrigerator, as well as a wonderfully functioning air conditioner (there was a record heatwave during our week-long stay). There are plenty of outlets for connecting technology and the wi-fi was good. But...while the outside and lobby areas of this hotel are pleasant, well-maintained and attractive, and the layout of the rooms adequate (a bit small, but quite comfortable), beware that the physical condition of the carpeting (ubiquitous stains and tears) and walls is positively third world. Even the physical appearance of the elevator looked like it was from a war zone. With these caveats in mind, be aware.

Saw a hair in the refrigerator, saw a hair on towels . Drain tap was loose and looked dirty, drool stain on pillows Paid $200 for one night and was not clean. Restrooms from school the Livy was dirty as well the trash can was full of paper and trash on the floor

We actually live nearby but a major power outage made us stay at this hotel because my daughter had to do online school in the morning. Since the main focus for us was using the wifi, my review is mostly based on that. Wifi worked fine but an entire wall of outlets in the room did not. The desk area especially had no working outlets. Kind of something you NEED in the desk area. We ended up moving all the furniture in the room so that we could pull the desk over near the bathroom just to be able to plug in the laptop. With Covid they are doing a grab and go breakfast. It sucked pretty hard, I must say. A banana, a yogurt, a terrible gas station pastry. No drinks of any kind from what I saw. The room itself was clean and nice, no issues with that. Just pretty upset that we had to scramble just to plug one thing in though.
