Hotel bom mas funcionários destreinados

O hotel em si é otimo, novo, limpo, quartos bons, tamanho super bom para europa e bem localizado, mas os funcionários pecam no serviço. Chegamos no quarto e estavam sem shampoo..solicitamos a noite e ate o outro dia de manhã nao haviam entregado, tive que pedir diretamente a uma camareira. Alem disso, o ar condicionado do quarto nao funcionava, liguei 3x na recepção para ver se poderiam mandar alguem para manutenção e a pessoa que me atendeu so dizia ‘ que iria verificar’ ( claramente de ma vontade porque ja era noite). O pior de tudo foi recebermos uma ligacao no quarto as 11:00 da manha informando que teriamos que sair( em qualquer hotel do mundo o check out é feito 12:00, e na entrada nao nos avisaram o horario.)Enfim, o hotel em si é bom, mas nao recomendo por conta da ma vontade dos funcionários.

Hotel ótimo, instalações novas e com decoração muito bonita, quarto de tamanho adequado e banheiro novo e com ótimo tamanho. A localização também é privilegiada, a poucos passos da estação central e muito perto do centro histórico, 5 minutos andando. O café da manhã também é muito bom, tudo muito fresco e saboroso. Ficamos muito satisfeitos com a estadia.

Location: just across from train station plaza, and Carrefour City and La Gare'Mandise Boulangerie are very close. Rooms: fully modernized hotel and rooms. Tiny rooms but the beds were comfy. The bathtub was big and relaxing. Lalique shower amenities were a great touch. Staff were attentive and helpful. Strasbourg is a lovely city and shopping here is way more relaxing than Paris.

Very nice Hotel! The personal was very kind,helpful and multilingual. The hotel is centrally, near everything you’ll need. The lobby is wonderful and especially the old elevator makes the difference. The rooms are very clean, with everything you’ll need for your stay and the best part ist the bathroom! Take a shower, believe me it’s worth it!!

We stayed for 3 nights during December and felt like we got a great deal on the nightly rate for the quality. The hotel is perfectly located near the train station (which is a perfectly nice area). We had a lovely room overlooking the park and enjoyed watching the snow fall from our Juliet balcony. The room was cosy and comfortable. The only issue was the water in the shower was not overly hot, so we needed to use the hand shower over the bath. Our room was also not available until after check in time. The restaurant is nice and there is a secret(?) bar down the stairs behind the elevator! A good find!
