Location is excellent...otherwise don't bother booking this Hotel. Very dated decor. Rooms poor. Bed was extremely old and hard. Very cold room. Heating not working. Duvet looked like a summer one. Shower, dribbles out, water luke warm at best. Food. Had to wait until 18.00 for restaurant to open. Took ages to obtain basic burger and chips. Breakfast, very poor quality . Not much choice. Staff helpful. Lady in the restaurant needs more help.

I stayed at this hotel through recommendation, I was told a warm welcome would await and that’s exactly what it was, friendly from check in and we’ll looked after throughout There was a lovely lady named Nicola In the bar who served us and took us to our table again a proper family feel not like the feel of a chain hotel Food was superb and a lot better than anticipated so that was pleasing but this is very much a hotek where you’re treated as an individual visiting the family rather than another number

Lovely new years eve package, but hotel is dated, room needed a really good clean (bath plug didn't work, hair in the taps). Food in the three course dinner was not enjoyable at all. On the plus side DJ was great and his choice of music. Feel this establishment is understaffed but has a lot of potential.

Friendly, comfy, small - Brook Marston Farm is a nice place to stay. Working away from home, I'm staying there long term and have been since Sept '22. The team at the hotel are totally committed to the comfort of the guests and, as I said, it's a very friendly atmosphere.

We recently had our Christmas Lunch here and what excellent service provided. The friendly staff couldn't do enough for us. Made everyone feel very welcome. Would not hesitate in recommending this hotel to anyone.
