Hotel bom para passar uma noite. Aparentemente foi recem reformado. Atendimento bom. Cafe da manha bom, distante dos quartos, em um anexo onde parece funcionar um bar em outros horarios. Limpo. Piscina nova e cheia de hospedes. Estacionamento privativo porém aberto. Localizado proximo de lojas de veículos e oficinas.


Roach Motel

This property was the most disgusting place I’ve ever stayed. I should have know better when we pulled into the parking lot to enter the hallways it was going to be pure hell. There were broken bottles of beer at the entrance when we walked in and there were cigarette butts in the windowsill of the room when we arrived. When we opened the door there was an odor which we later discovered was roaches. The room was decorated nicely and appeared to be clean. We unloaded or luggage and returned 5 hours later. When we opened the room door we noticed roaches scampering across the floor. We had food that need to be warmed and when we opened the microwave there was the smell again. As the food was warming the microwave we noticed roaches fleeing from the cabinet which housed the microwave. I’m not talking one or two, but at least a dozen. My friend ran over beside the microwave to retrieve her luggage from the floor for fear the roaches would seek refuge in her bags. We had left a bag on the table with Chinese food in it when we first got to the room. BIIIIIG MISTAKE!!! We noticed a roach running out the top of the bag. When I went to retrieve it I looked inside it and it was more roaches. At this point we called the front desk and was told they didn’t have any extra rooms but they could send someone to spray it. Da F***!!!! So now we’re gonna be exposed to dying roaches running around and chemicals. I told her we would be up to checkout. We gathered our luggage and placed them on the bed. We didn’t utilize the shower because at that point we felt nothing was sanitized or cleaned properly. We placed a towel around the toilet seat even though we sprayed it with Lysol and wiped it with disinfectant wipes and we still didn’t sit on the seat. I should have cancelled when we checked in and was told that housekeeping is by request. Who in the hell does that??!! My friend called the health department for that area the following Monday. My biggest regret is we didn’t take pictures. Now when we book hotels I request to see the room first. This place is the pits!!! The bottom of the pits. The pictures used to promote business are very deceiving. The pool area looked better than the rooms. DIRTY, FILTHY, NASTY, DISGUSTING to say the least. 🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳

I am convinced that any good reviews of the Quality Inn & Conference Center Tampa-Brandon have been paid for! Or perhaps, those that have left them have very low expectations of a $150. A night hotel. Here's my honest unsolicited review as an actual current guest. I booked my room via hotels.com, the path should not be of concern and has nothing to do with the property or staff. Booked my arrival for a Friday staying through Sunday. On the Wednesday prior I called the hotel directly to add Thursday to the reservation. The extra night was added and the reservation confirmed. I arrived at 11:30pm on Thursday night, unloaded all our luggage to the bell cart went in to check in. Now the fun begins (sarcasm). My reservation was found but only for Thursday night not for 3 nights. The agent tried to fix the problem but claimed she was not able to get into the system and would clear it up over night. She issued us a room on the 2nd floor. Remember that bell cart loaded with all our luggage? No elevator!!! Broken, I guess and I asked to be moved to a first floor room. Nope! No first floor room because the pool had overflowed and flooded them all, well, that's what we were told. So, haul all the luggage upstairs. The room not to bad except for what appears to be a pencil drawing by a toddler all over the front of the bathroom door at toddler height. After being in the room a bit the A/C was not very efficient, the lights kept flickering, the TV shuts down regularly and the room phone to call the front desk does not work! That's most likely deliberate! Water pressure in the shower functional but low for my liking and my daughter has long hair so naturally she had something to say about it. The next day (Friday) we are out at an event and I get a phone call from the hotel asking me if I was checking out or staying over? Seriously?! They had no reservation for us for the weekend just Thursday night! Fixed that minor inconvenience over the phone but noticed a trend developing with regards to the attitude of the staff. Zero customer service skills but I've come to expect that in today's world. Friday night we arrived back to the hotel room just about midnight exhausted from the day only to get to the door and find out our key cards did not work. They were only keyed for 1 night and not for the entire stay. On Saturday morning there was no hot water. Went to the front desk agent who of course knew nothing about the situation but supposedly notified maintenance. So, we went to breakfast and came back to shower at 1pm, still no hot water! Flagged down what I believe was a senior maid doing quality checks of the redone rooms (guess she didn't quality check ours before we checked in and didn't see the pencil art on the walls, efficient!) Notified her of the hot water issue and she, of course, said she would notify maintenance, (that was 30 minutes ago) I told her maintenance was supposedly called this morning, her reply, "well you can just check out!" With that, I headed to the front desk to speak with the hotel manager and was told she was not on property. Well heck! Why would she be?! (More sarcasm) We have one more night paid for in this hotel. I am sure that in my anger I am forgetting to mention something as this has been absurd from the beginning but as a choice rewards member I can assure you I will not let the issues associated with this hotel, and, my mention of them, stop here! Oh, the one star rating...the beds were comfortable.


Left after an hour and a half. Charged for 6 days, no refund.

If I could give zero stars I would. I had originally made arrangements to stay at this hotel at the end of March because we were looking to relocate and find a home in Florida. I booked the hotel through Hotels.com. When we checked in on Monday the hotel was dated and under construction. However, we tried to remain optimistic. After checking in, my daughter and I both began to experience a horrible skin rash, burning in the eyes, nose, and throat, and a constant itch. The chemicals used in the room were extremely strong. There was also a very strong smell of mold and mustiness, which is what I'm assuming the strong chemical smell was trying to mask. The walls and door were paper thin, we didn't feel safe. I contacted HOTELS.com because I was advised by the front desk when checking in that ANY changes in our stay with the hotel must go through them. They are the ones that would handle our booking and financial questions. So I contacted HOTELS.com and advised the agent of what we were experiencing. I requested to see if there was another hotel locally that we could possibly stay in, in exchange for the current hotel. The HOTELS.com agent advised that he would reach out to the front office to advise them of the issue and that we were canceling our stay and leaving. My daughter and I immediately vacated the premises as we could not stand the itch, rash, and burning we were experiencing. The Agent from HOTELS.com advised that they would need to speak with the Manager who was not in currently in regards to a refund. (They had taken over $100 when we checked-in in advance. Then another $700 for the remaining 6 days shortly after.) I advised the agent that I understood if the hotel needed to take 1 day as we were leaving an hour and a half after checking in, we wanted to be fair and there were more than enough rooms at this hotel so we were not taking a room from anyone. The agent advised me that it would be at least 48 hours before they could provide an answer for us, they also declined to provide another hotel or credit for us because they needed to speak with the manager. So, my daughter and I were now in our rental car trying to figure out where we would sleep and how we could get the money for another hotel. I followed up the next day around 2 pm to check and see if the hotel was contacted because I had not heard from HOTELS.com or the hotel. I was advised they had not spoken with the hotel yet but would reach out and then when they did the Manager was not present to take the call. I then called this hotel to speak with the Manager and explain what had happened and requested they would please provide me with a refund for the 5 additional days. At this point, because of the length of time, it took for HOTELS.com and the hotel itself to speak I knew I was looking at least two days' worth of money to the hotel. So I called HOTELS.com back again and requested they would please be prompt about handling this so the hotel could process my refund. After speaking with the young man at the front desk who advised me the manager was not in, but he would have her call me the next morning, i knew i would have to follow up as the hotel and HOTELS.com were now bouncing me back and forth. The Manager never called and whenever I contacted HOTELS.com they stated it was up to the Manager regarding the refund and they continued to reach out to her, but she was unavailable, when I called this hotel I was told she was not in, then by Thursday after calling multiple times for both parties, I was advised that the Manager could receive my call in one hour, so I waited the hour patiently and called and of course, she was "NOT IN TODAY." So this hotel took over $900 from us for 6 days when we didn't spend one day, the management is the worst and most unprofessional. I would steer far clear of this hotel and HOTELS.com. I am seeking out legal advice as I feel it was very wrong for them to take that much money when they knew I wasn't there more than one night. Quality Inn - 9331 E Adamo Dr

Stayed for 2 nights. Noticed we didn’t have a microwave in the room so let reception know but we didn’t get one which meant we couldn’t have the hot breakfast option provided as we had no where to heat it. No hot water for showering either morning. Those gripes aside the hotel was lovely. Light, modern and airy. The rooms were a lovely size with a huge king size bed. Facilities included a coffee machine, TV, fridge and microwave (although we didn’t have one) The staff we encountered were nice. Overall we had a lovely stay and would definitely return.
