Alguns atendentes são muito bacanas, como o Carlos e sua colega de turno. Entretanto os demais são pouco acolhedores. Os quartos não possuem nada além da cama, não tive acesso a frigobar ou microondas. Muitos dos quartos são virados para a rodovia próxima e o barulho entra no quarto. O ar condicionado não tem como desligar. Infelizmente não tive uma boa experiência, prefiro o DoubleTree Rock Point.
Hotel com Lounge Executivo
Gostamos do atendimento as piscinas são aquecidas. muito boas, o quarto utilizado foi uma suíte com 2 TV´s de 50 polegadas, micro ondas, máquina de café, sofá e escritório, recomendo voltaria sem hesitar.
A HUGE Maze
Lots of restaurants near by. A few in walking distance, a ton with a short car ride and restaurant/bar downstairs. There is a mall close by, so lots there. The room looks like any other Hilton room, so no complaints there. I had a pool view, but also a view of the roof. The front desk staff was really nice! Never ate at the bar downstairs. I did have a drink, which was alright. It was pretty busy every time I passed and my boss said the food was pretty good, so may be worth checking out. Here is why I only rated 3. First, this hotel is a huge maze! Not all buildings connect, therefore, if you go the wrong way or park in an open spot, you may end up lost or having to go through the lobby to follow the cookies on the floor! Yes, they have cookies that you follow on the floor. Don’t worry they are just sticker cookies! Lol Since I mentioned parking. Yeah, not that great! I would have to park on the far side of the hotel, next to a restaurant and the building didn’t connect to my building, so I spent a LOT of time trying to figure out how to get to my room, or even to the lobby to backtrack! Just as an FYI - a physically fit person may not have an issue with this but I had a broken foot and boot on, so it was painful for me! Lastly, they have a breakfast buffet in the morning. Well, some of the items are complementary (no charge) and the other items, well - they will charge you like $20! Here’s what happened to me... I went down and got the free coffee (right in front of the door) then got a banana and sat down with my boss. The waitress came over and asked if I wanted anything and I said no thank you, I just grabbed my coffee and banana. Honestly, she did seem frustrated that I wasn’t ordering but yet sitting down. We were about to leave, the same sever sat the check book on the table and walked away. I opened it up and it was for $20. I looked at my boss and said to him this must be yours. He said, I only had coffee but also said, there is no way they charged you $20 for a banana. Having to leave, I put my room number on the check and left. Later in the evening, I had to wait behind a huge line at the front desk and explain what happened. They took care of it but it was an inconvenience for me. I had a painful broken foot, going to lobby, standing and waiting on my broken foot, to get something corrected that I really shouldn’t of had to.
Allright hotel - but weird start at my stay
Check in was efficient as expected. Room was large enough, but room location was a bit noisy (close to the highway). In addition the AC unit made alot of raucous. Furthermore, when coming back the next day the room wasn't cleaned. The maid said that our room had no cleaning included. (A misconception that, fortunately, was cleared away contacting the front desk - but overall an unecessary one). While checking in you have to pay a deposit for incidentals, which is fine. But it seems that it takes some time to get that money back. I tried to write a message about this to the hotel (on their site) but to no avail. A smoother way to contact them, i.e. an e-mail adress; would be highly appreciated.
Not what I expected
I had a room way down from everything within no amenities and my view was horrible it was of a walk. No fridge in the room which I always make sure I have in my trips but whatever. The staff was not as friendly as one would expect paying that much for a night. I have stayed in other ones that cost less and treated better.
