um dos mais simples da rede hampton inn em que me hospedei, com localizacao boa, staff extremamente cordial (ponto alto do hotel) e cafe da manha basico. quarto pequeno e simples. wifi com boa velocidade.
Average Hampton Inn
All services are pretty much turned off including breakfast, shuttle, room service, front desk support, etc. I get the COVID impacts, but feel much of this is cost cutting and furloughed employees. Ice machine outside door was noisy all night. Overall, given the prices have not been reduced, there is no real effort going on here. We had to wait at least 10 minutes for someone to help us check in, finally called the hotel from the lobby and someone showed up. I suspect they furloughed most of the staff and have bare bones staffing to cut costs.
Probably worst Hampton experience ever
We have been loyal Hilton property customers for years. We try to use Hilton whenever we travel. Over the years Hampton has been an inexpensive option that always provided clean, super courteous, and comfortable place to stay. We had dozens of options within 5 miles of this property but chose it because it was for 1 night and very close to our destination for the rest of the week. To say we were disappointed would be an understatement. We understand Covid19 has seriously impacted hospitality sector. You would think that would motivate properties to work that much harder to woo customers. Vending machines would not break 5 dollar bill (said it would) so went to desk for change. Night manager reluctantly broke a twenty. Came back later for more change and she rolled eyes and would only allow 5 singles. Next morning when I went down for breakfast, there was none. To go bags only. No coffee. I asked manager for coffee and was told she was busy and would get to it. 20 mins later nothing. I had to beg for our to go bags. Finally after 45 mins got some coffee. Our son stayed Hampton up in Port Richey and had good experience despite Covid
My wife and I stay here occasionally as a getaway. I just want to comment that the staff at this hotel is one of the best ive encountered in our trips around the state. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. The hotel is spotless and very well maintained. Thank you for a night away from the current situation.
Great location and better service
This was one of 7 Hilton Properties we stayed at during a tour around Florida. The location turned out to be perfect. While it is near the Tampa airport, there was NO airport noise. It is just off the causeway, but again we did not hear any street noise. We walked to Whiskey Joe's for a great sunset view dinner. I feel the best part of this hotel was the staff, they made us feel very welcome, and I genuinely felt they were glad to have us there. In addition unlike others, they did acknowledge my Hilton Honors Diamond Status.
