Hotel antigo porém bons quartos e instalações! Cama e chuveiro muito bons. Os funcionários são atenciosos e tem brasileiros para ajudar caso não fale inglês. Na recepção tem M&M de chocolate e amendoim a vontade!

First off the website says airport shuttle, but fails to tell you it stops running at night. So I took an Uber. I booked a king suite with fridge. Was given a double bed with no fridge. Room smelled like smoke. So I switched. Was given another double bed without fridge. I am Spire Elite, which is highest reward level with IHG. Never been treated so awful… There is no contact email on their website…so I’ll have to find the manager in the morning.

Front desk staff are friendly and competent. Quick check-in. Lobby is dark and boring. room was very clean but sparse - guess it is a covid thing. no room service because of Covid. charged 10 bucks for parking. Area is busy and seemed safe, but I'm not sure I would go walking for the sake of walking.

OK stay before an early flight

Every Holiday Inn built in the 70s that has been remodeled still has that odd smell in the common areas-same with this hotel. Had little wait at the front desk, but it did seem strange to only have 1 person working the front desk and phones at a busy time. The restaurant on site never opened during my stay-kind of defeats the purpose of having a restaurant on site. The room was fine-basic, clean, comfortable. Parking is $10.75 and is nothing buy a money grab, I was parked right outside a side door. Wouldn't have a problem staying here again if flying out of Tampa.

Unfortunately, I was caught up in the airline debacle over the weekend in Florida. I know the airport shuttle is supposedly operating within a 3 mile radius of the hotel, however I needed a ride to get a rental car to drive home. The rental car location was 4.4 miles from the hotel, and I thought they might be willing to help me, given the situation. Now only were they not willing to help, the front desk staff was not even empathitic towards the situation.
