Fiquei hospedado no FM7 Resort Hotel, pois vinha de uma longa viagem de três semanas por Raja Ampat e Java e precisava de descansar perto do aeroporto e usufruir de um SPA. O hotel é óptimo, tem um serviço fantástico, quartos muito espaçosos e cómodos e um SPA, onde podemos usufruir do ginásio, piscina e massagens. O wi-fi funciona muito bem e tem uma grande variedade de restaurantes e bares. Almocei no The Porte que é absolutamente maravilhoso e jantei no terraço do hotel.

Hotel bonitinho, café da manhã bem fraco. Chinelos do quarto já usados. Não tem elevador. Equipe educada. Transfer fácil. Restaurante 24 h. Achei o travesseiro alto. Passei só uma noite pra viajar no dia seguinte. Pra ficar perto do aeroporto está ok.

Com o transito de Jacarta, é um boa opção pela proximidade do aeroporto. Quartos espaçosos e limpos, com decoração moderna e atual. Café da manha bem servido com opçoes ocidentais.Alem disso tem acesso a internet gratis no lobby e transfer gratuito para o aeroporto. Academia decente, sauna e piscinas, inclusive terapeutica (quente e fria). Tem tambem serviços de massagem.

Much more than an airport hotel

Much more than an airport hotel, the FM7 is both convenient to the airport (free shuttle included), but an entire respite from the rigors of traveling. Rooms are well appointed and very clean and the amenities are outstanding. Multiple pools, whirlpools, sauna and steam room, spa, rooftop bar. Included buffet breakfast excellent. Staff professional, efficient, accomadating and extremely friendly. Highly recommend!

Great Property But...

We have stayed at the FM7 several times, over the past two years and have always had our expectations exceeded. Two of our stays were between five and eight days, not simply overnight stays. The accommodations are wonderful, the proximity to the airport can’t be beat, and the concierge staff have always been helpful and courteous. The rooms have always been clean too. The only derogatory aspects have been since it is so close to the airport, it is very far from anything else you may need. The second factor, that cannot be attributed to the FM7, itself, is the ongoing road construction that one must endure driving to the FM7. Often times, Grab and GoJek will cancel a delivery after having accepted it. This adds time to your food orders, and they typically arrive late and cold. Now this is in no way, controlled by the FM7 property or its staff but it is a negative, nonetheless. On our most recent stay it was quickly evident that some changes had been made and only one of them was appreciated by us. Everyone on staff made an extra effort to greet and speak to you every time you saw them. This was pleasant. The most visible but unpleasant change that we noticed was related to the food service part of the property. The food at breakfast and from the menu for other meals was served in a much poorer quality that we had previously experienced. The staff also began taking up items and cleaning 15-20 minutes before the scheduled time for breakfast to end. One factor that can be equally good and bad is that they only put out rather small amounts of food items. This is great if there is no crowd as it lends to fresher food items. Several times they run out and it take a rather long time to get the items replaced. This past trip, on two different mornings, they ran out of plates at the breakfast bar. Now, I was not in the back of the house so I have no idea where the weak link was but we waited for about 20 minutes for new plates to be delivered to the station. Since the property is so far away from everything else, the existence of a good and efficiently run food scene is a must.
