The young lady at the desk, Juanita, is incredibly professional and polite. Other front desk employees could learn from her. Room was clean. Hot breakfast was 'cool' in the warmer. Chocolate chip cookies were delicious.

Smells bad! Rude Staff!

It was awful. Used toilet paper in the room, dirty bath! An awful mildew scent that made my head spin! Talking with one of the staff, they were high! Outrageous! The pool was very very small and in the parking lot with little to no shade! WOULD NOT STAY HERE AGAIN!

I stayed overnight at this hotel and was so happy with the customer service. The desk person, Shay Dobson was amazing. She helped us get the right room and a late check out. She was friendly and very professional. Also the cleaning woman for the second floor was very nice. I will stay here again and refer others.

I had a very unpleasant check in process and have l/m x 3 for the GM Amanda and no return call.

Other then the bad experience at check in everyone else was very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and the breakfast was very good. My suggestion would be to inform the clients of the name change from Best Western Plus to Comfort Inn

Only one negative. Room odor was moldy/urine like. Desk clerk supplied a can of Lysol when asked which temporarily took care of the problem. Only stayed one night. Desk clerk "Caitlin" was extremely helpful. I had a problem with my cell phone that she fixed in short order. Very personable lady. Easy run into Mr. Dora. Maybe 15 minutes away depending upon traffic. There are a number of restaurants within a short drive. Advent Hospital is close. Definitely would stay here again.
