I stayed at Hotel Teotihucan for 5 days and I must say, the hotel is kept clean and the rooms are very clean and tidy as well. The hotel staff are all so helpful, especially Alejandra at the front desk. She will go through great lengths to satisfy the guests and provide them with all the information they need. She makes sure you are comfortable and have everything you need. The kitchen staff are wonderful as well. I did not find anything to complain about while staying at hotel Teotihuacán. I highly recommend staying here. Great staff!

This was our first visit to Hotel Teotihuacan and we were very pleased with our experience. The room was spacious with a king bed, jacuzzi tub, shower, sofa andTV. A space heater was provided along with extra blankets because of the time of year. Although the days were beautiful and warm enough for shorts, the evenings, nights and early mornings were quite cool so the blankets and space heater kept us cosy and warm in the room. There is a restaurant in the hotel that serves delicious meal choices at reasonable prices. We found all the staff very accommodating and helpful. The manager, Alejandra and her assistant, Tabatha, went out of their way to suggest tour choices, restaurants, activities and also arranged taxis for us. We would certainly return to this hotel if in the area again.

This is a hotel/motel and considered to be a 3 star establishment if comparing to euro standards.
After a long drive down route 95D from Acapulco tired and hungry we reached Hotel Teotihuacan late into the night. We originally booked in with another hotel, but that's another story entirely.
We received an officious and warm welcome from duty manager Alejandra who spoke perfect English in comparison to my clunky poor Spanish. She informed us that the kitchens were closing and that we may have to look elsewhere for food, however after choosing our room (ground floor) paying for a nights stay (£48 for two people for 1 night or M$1217 or USD$73) she bought the card reader to our room -she waved her magic wand rallied the staff and mustered up a club sandwich/hamburger and a couple of coffees -result!
Ok so here's the deal-- we like to stay at 5 star establishments however I have come to understand over the years that this is not always a measure for good service.
So Hotel Teo doesn't have iPod docking stations galore, in room coffee making facilities, mini bar and plush Egyptian cotton bathrobes but I'd like you all to know what they do have.
Excellent customer service in the form of a warm welcome, snappy delivery in terms of room service, seamless check in and check out procedure, top tips on how to navigate the pyramids.
Facilities - Car Parking, Jacuzzi with colourful lighting, breakfast bar, room service, TV WiFi, Organic cosmetic products, extra blankets as necessary, comfy beds and a shower. Eco-conscience - hot water is heated by solar power.
Cleanliness - top marks
The only downside was the noise emanating from the trucks and cars bombing it down the freeway this is entirely due to the fact that Hotel Teo runs parallel, however I wasn't fazed because I was so knackered I dropped off to sleep in no time, light sleepers may may need a drop of Mezcal to help you along.
So thank you Team TEO and special thanks to Alejandra x

If your looking for accommodations outside the big city...close to pyramids, with beautiful mountain views, this is for you.
The rooms are super clean and comfortable, nothing fancy but all you need. The restaurant is wonderful, with a beautiful view. Alejandra will be happy to help you with anything you may need. She and Manuel speak excellent English are extremely helpful.
You won't be disappointed with your stay.
The only negatives are its position right off the highway, but also a plus because you can see it from the road. Be sure and use your GPS because it's one of those I see it but how do I get there? It will be worth the adventure.
Great service :)

I really like this hotel...the stuff was friendly and helpful... Since my Spanish was not that good I found it helpful that they could speak both English and Spanish..the room was clean and the food was great...I remember the aztec pyramid was like 10min from the hotel.
