Nice hotel. Facilities in great condition. Looks pretty new. Close to lots of restaurants. Easy access just about a block away from the highway, but far enough away that you don’t hear any road noise.
Comfortable for family trip
We came for a family funeral and found that this was a comfortable place to stay, get a good breakfast, and gather with other out-of-town family in the down time. There were lots of restaurant options nearby and it was a convenient location. It was nicer than we expected!
Good Hotel But Check In Is Another Story
We stayed here this past weekend for my daughters dance competition and our stay was nice. Clean rooms and nice hotel but I am leaving this review because of my check in experience I don’t have a chip on my debit card I use a local bank and for some reason they don’t have chip cards yet... this is never an issue anywhere I go. It wasn’t an issue IN LAS VEGAS OR NEW YORK. BUT it was at this hotel. Upon check in initially the girl was very warm. She welcomed us and wished us luck for the weekend... then she saw my card and her attitude and demeanor changed and she said we don’t take anything but chip cards so I probably can’t check you in so I said you can’t swipe it? She said no. I said you can’t manually enter it? She looked me in my eyes and said NO. Then she goes back to talk to the manager and comes back and says ok I’m gonna manually enter it. I said I thought you couldn’t? She said I wanted to make sure it was ok with them first. What!? This still has me mad. Terrible customer service! Not only was her tone RUDE!! She LIED to my face knowing the entire time she could enter it manually and had me a nervous wreck thinking that I wasn’t going to be able to have a room. Fix this!!! Not everyone is going to have a chip card. And more importantly BE HONEST with your guests. I’m shocked that you cannot swipe a card at the hotel but I’m even more upset that I was lied to upon check in and treated the way I was because of a chip on a card. The rest of the stay was great but that experience killed my review. Other than that beds were comfy, shower is very nice, and the breakfast is better than any hotel like this that I’ve had.
Extremely clean rooms and friendly staff. The complimentary breakfast was good with a wide variety of food to choose from. there were plenty of restaurants close by to choose from. I would stay at this hotel again.
