5/5 ! Fantastic staff ! bedding ! And pillows! Breakfast! Restaurant in parking lot! The pool , hot tub and gym is always 5/5 clean ! This is a great location in Thunder Bay. Minutes to shopping!

Another great stay at this property. As usual, the hotel was very busy but you do not notice any decline in service levels. Stayed here 3 nights.. The check in was very late (after 1am) due to the airline not sending me bags. Arriving with nothing, the two people at the counter did everything they could to make sure I had essentials for the night. This property always recognizes IHG status when I have stayed here. The gentleman at the counter told me they did not have an upgrade due to being sold out. I appreciated this where most properties would not have said anything . The room was clean and well appointed. The breakfast here is always great and well organized. The only point I found interesting was that in the IHG App, there is a spot to put your preference to elevator. I have set mine to ‘away from elevator’ yet received the room right beside the elevator. Not sure if the hotels look at this preference or perhaps they give late checkins rooms close to elevator as to not disturb other guests. Thanks again team !

After one of those bad days that people have, it was a relief to be greeted and welcomed to this hotel. Shout out to Donna Lee that went out of her way to make my stay even better!! Hotel is very clean, beds are amazing, relaxing in the hot tub ended my lousy day with a great sleep

This is a great hotel. The lobby is inviting and clean and modern. The staff were very friendly and efficient. The rooms were very clean, comfortable l, amd the beds were perfect. The bathrooms were spacious and had a nice shower. The breakfast was good and had the yummy cinnamon buns and the food was prepared well. There is laundry facilities as well that are reasonably priced. I will definitely stay here again when my work travels take me to TB

Underwhelming for the price. Stayed at same hotel in Ottawa recently and it was so much nicer. This one is old and they’ve tried to disguise it with a few updates here and there. The room smells like cheap men’s cologne that isn’t dissipating with time spent in the room. Front desk people not the friendliest.
