Superb Mother's Day Luncheon

Just home from a fantastic Mothers Day lunch. The 4 course meal in the dining room was phenomenal. I had soup to start with was wonderfully creamy dotted with croutons. My main course beef was melt in the mouth. My brownies crisp outer and chewy centre was just perfect. What made the Anner stand out today for our party of 5.5 guests was the service and attention to detail. Everyone of us was pleased with our choices of food and red and white wine was very pleasant too 😉. Baby bowl brought promptly to our little pocket rocket aswell as a Yorkshire pudding once ours was being eye balled. A glass of prosecco and a huge box of chocolates for every mother was an amazing surprise & the icing on the cake. Special mention the Thomas & Tanya today who were excellent today.

Decent hotel, amazing staff

Totally depends what you pay, overall it’s a decent hotel. Really lovely staff (especially Pip in the Conference centre) and the lady at breakfast, it’s nothing flash, family run, ok rooms a little noisy fans etc and on the smaller side, but comfortable and there is aircon. There’s a free small gym and a swimming pool and free plentiful parking. Good wifi. Pay too money and you might feel short changed but it does the job for average money in a kind of no frills way.

The hotel room was nice and comfortable. Had one issue in that the RTE One TV channel was not working/available. Informed reception at 9.00 pm. Staff member who came to room was unsuccessful in sorting the issue. Staff member agreed to leave a record at reception desk. Next morning I discussed matter with reception staff member. She was aware of matter, said there was no complaints from other rooms. I was a little disappointed with reaction at reception desk.

Excellent hotel! Friendly, helpful staff. Room was spacious, smart, and clean. Breakfast was plentiful with good options. The full Irish breakfast kept me going all day! Will be staying at the Anna again, for sure.

Fabulous 121 service and highly recommended - 5 day training booking

We booked the hotel for 5 days for some training, and we were looked after like Kings. Any slight issues were ironed out quickly, and the personal touch went into everything. Service minor conference room was seamless, and the food & service in restaurant in the evening again was seamless. Highly recommended and we will use again.
