Hotel bom para estar de passagem. Hotel novo limpo, tem um barzinho agradável. Não deixa a desejar. Café da manha muito bom, com muitas opções. Peço justo. Atendimento rápido e internet boa. Vale a pena.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. We checked in and requested a King Bed. They let us know that they had two king rooms available. One had a phone in it but the air conditioning didn’t work. The other room had a phone that did not work but the air conditioning worked. I decided to take the room with the air conditioning. The Bellman brought me up to the room and it ends up the air conditioning doesn’t work. It was blowing hot air. He mentioned to me that the owners of this hotel are doing absolutely nothing to fix anything and I would be better off leaving. He called down to the front desk and they said I could get the room with two queen beds. At this time I decided I want a room with air conditioning. He takes me down to the next room and the air conditioning doesn’t work and it’s just hot air blowing out. I decided not to take this room as well and went down to the front desk. The front desk clerk let me know that management doesn’t care and its buyer beware at this property. It was 5:30 in the evening And I decided there was no way I was going to stay at this crappy property. I left and they credited me back on my credit card. I wait to see if that actually happened. I checked in to the holiday Inn.

Loud room, toilet was broken, bed was horrible, front desk unhelpful

Stay away! The Hotel is located on a very busy avenue and is loud an airport or train station is a good comparison. After I got to my room and found it to be not great I went back to ask to be moved to a new room a big NOPE. I ended leaving at 5am as I could not take the noise and broken toilet. This was a VIP reservation from Expedia I did not stick around for the free buffet as I could not get out of there fast enough.

1. No parking, just exclusively valet. You are required to relinquish your car and key. Its a process to even get your car back, they make you walk about 150 yards to get to it or even get things out of it. 2. No fridge, no microwave, no coffee or tea in room. 3. Breakfast was supposed to be included, but it wasn't. The servers refused to acknowledge that we were there. We weren't given utensils/silverware or napkins. We even had to ask for milk and sugar for our coffee. We weren't allowed to bring our service dog into the restaurant or restaurant patio. We left her in the room and got complaints about her barking, she is very attached to us. So we couldn't have her with us in the restaurant or alone in the room. On top of that, when we asked to get our food packed to take up to the room, since we couldn't even eat it given the complaints, but not only did the staff refuse to let us take the plates to the room and return them quickly, they said any food from the buffet had to remain in the restaurant and could not be taken to the room. Plus, they didn't have anything to pack it into. And the food wasn't worth the price. 3. Our room key was deactivated several times. Even when we rushed upstairs during breakfast to tend to our service dog, we couldn't use our key. 4. Price list for laundry is supposed to be in closet but wasn't. Gym is supposed to be 24 hour but was closed the entire time.

We had to wait a long time to check in I finally asked them if someone else could help. Then when I got to my room, there was very loud music coming from somewhere close by. I asked if I could change rooms and a frigid woman told me, "That service is not available. " These people have no concept of customer service.
