Good service for this price and valueable
Avaliou em 10 de agosto de 2019
This hotel is good value. It is located not near Uano market you have to walk 1 KM. Staff is good for me. However, hotel is cheap so it has not much service. Facility is good and clean. Hotel provide breakfast as well. Breakfast is average. You have to compare hotel facility, hotel service with price. For me it is good and great value

The place is tidy but the staffs are rude.

The attitude of the staffs are rude. They will keep challenging your return time if you not Japanese and want to keep your luggage after checking out. The discrimination problem is very serious. They afraid you will be late and disturbed their rest time. The front desk is closed at 11am-3pm and 12am to 6 am. The timing is not so convenient. If you want to have a happy trip, it is not a good choice to stay.

Don’t expect traditional Japanese good service and etiquette.

If you are planning a comfortable vacation and expecting enjoy the traditional Japanese style service with perfect etiquette, the APA hotel nearby would be much better choice. Rude and disrespectful attitude of the mid age employees will ruin your holiday. Be aware the agoda will hide low ranking comments about this hotel that are really important to your stay decision. Try to google it before your booking.

nasty staff and theft at the hotel
Avaliou em 18 de julho de 2019
horror, horror, horror. From the hotel staff to theft. They steal in the hotel and then brazenly look into the eyes, they say we will solve your problem, and then they say, excuse this cleaning company is to blame, it is not us. I'll start in order. We stopped at the hotel, the information that the children stay for free until the age of 7, as a result, seeing the children practically kicked them from the hotel. I couldn’t cancel the reservation, shouted about the police, so go ahead and book a different hotel for the children. My shock is Japan. Attitudes toward Japan have changed completely. This I could not even imagine. It remained only to pay extra for a room with the same beds. The room is dirty, the carpet sorry stinks, there really is a freshener to spray. Airpod headphones, the child left on the bed, came and not. I regret that I did not call the police. And they solve our problem. In the end, nothing. Even elementary did not get a transfer to the airport. No one wants to stop there. If you do not believe, check for yourself))))

Tiny rooms
Avaliou em 20 de abril de 2019
This is not a bad hotel. However, it must be said that it is geared for the local business traveler on a budget and not for the tourist, though most of the guests are foreign tourists. The location is in a quiet area not far from a major transport hub and entertainment area. The immediate area has Chinese, Japanese and French restaurants as well as a couple of convenience stores. However, the room is miniscule and seem to be fit for midgets. Realistically, it fits only one person with small hand luggage or briefcase. There is simply no space for a normal-size bag; neither is there space to actually stand up and walk. The bathroom is closet-size. Having said that, the hotel has good things. The bathroom has good quality shower liquid, shampoo and conditioner, as well as a soaking tub, albeit tiny. The room has an air freshener, TV, small fridge, small writing area, small clock, 3 clothes hangers on the wall (no closet) and hair dryer. Temperature control is good and lighting is adequate, though it would be good to have a dedicated bedside light. Breakfast is good and filling – Japanese style only, with a change in the type of fish every 3 days. However, the space for breakfast is tiny and it is always congested and difficult to get a seat. Staff are friendly, polite and helpful. There is a coin-operated washer and dryer. Another major weakness is that check in is after 3 pm and check out before 10 am. The hotel is “closed” from 10 am to 3 pm, and one cannot leave luggage if checking out early.
