A hotel that you can not trust

This hotel decided to just cancel my booking claiming that my credit card was not accepted although booking.com guaranteed the booking itself. In the same period of time, I did multiple bookings using the same credit card with no issues. I spoke to them when I suddenly received a cancellation note. But they didn’t even show any empathy nor understanding. This hotel can not be trusted !

i had the best time of my life in this hotel. super clean , super amazing , they go above and beyond to help you in every way possiable the view it self is out of this world , its on mountin top overlooking the black sea , the early morning breeze alone will make you feel so good , the hot tube is just WOW. mohummad was super helpful and he helped me big time , if you are ever in trabzon , make sure you stay in his hotel . thank you mohammad for everything we really loved our stay and time there , willl be sure coming back to trabzon and your hotel.

This place is really good. A good value for money. The rooms are spacious and cozy, the view is somehow good except the industrial area across the area on the sea side. The staff are kind and friendly. I had breakfast, lunch, coffee and sweets at their coffee house. Food, atmosphere and ambiance are quitting amazing. I recommend San Sebastián cake and chocolate milk baklava.

My Wife and I wanted a quiet place away from the hustle of Trabzon city center. We figured out that Peerless Hotel is the ideal place for that, and I can tell now it was a great experience to stay 4 nights with full relaxation the Room was ok and the private Jacuzzi was lovely the breakfast was unfortunately poor and not to our expectations, however they have a very good menu for lunch and dinner, people from outside used to come and take the dinner with Shisha Cz of their delicious food. I would like to thank every body there especially Mr.Mohammad Abas, Mr.Said and Ms.Zainab from reception, actually they were very kind and helpful. also Many thanks to Mr.Hakan from the restaurant for being patience while taking our orders. if you are going to stay there you have to go with option Akyazi Suite Sea View, and its always a good idea to rent a car because the hotel is quite far from the city. overall it was a great experience and highly recommended

It was amazing! The service, cleanliness, breakfast, rooms view, the cafe at night, the safety everything is beyond expectation I lost my 18K gold bracelet at the breakfast area, and they kept it for me they're just amazing. Big thanks for the receptionist guy and girl ( zeynap) For the location its a bit a way from the center but its ok since you can ask for a taxi and it comes in 5 mins I recommend you to order the koymak dish its wow for the breakfast
