Reservamos a cobertura, apartamento amplo, limpo, seguro. Vista linda, de fácil acesso às praias e perto de tudo. Voltaremos para um temporada maior, com certeza. O apartamento possui hidromassagem e sistema de climatização.

Great place on Treasure Island

Stayed here 4 weeks in 2022, 4 weeks in 2023, and have booked another 4 weeks in 2024. Obviously we like this place. However the facility is showing its age. Needs a lot of paint. Plus management needs to pressure owners to upgrade their furniture. The 2 units that we’ve stayed in had the same crap furniture. Sorry, no better way to describe it. When we checked in earlier this year we were very impressed with the site manager, Todd. Very friendly, focused on customer service, responded to our every request. Unfortunately about a week later he was let go. I don’t know why, not any of my business, but I was sorry to see him go

DO NOT STAY HERE! We booked to stay for 10 days here. The rooms were super filthy as they are hiring new maid staff and are understaffed. The showers were covered in brown marks, there was dirt all over the floors and the sheets had stains. They had positioned a big glass table in the living room. We after requesting someone to come clean the room, the glass top (which was unsecured) slid off the base and shattered across the floor. They made it very difficult to get someone to come clean it up but also charged us an addition $350 for something that was not our doing. They are con artists and unprofessional. These units are not even owned by the hotel. They are condos that are privately owned and only managed by this so called "hotel" also this is not beach front it is across the street and not worth the money. We were lucky to not get injured in the accident and instead of being cared for as guests we were charged extra and ripped off.

Overpriced ran down polished turd, the management company has done horrible job on this place and blames the workers who make 10k less than what they're advertised job listing is. From the overgrown trees near the pool and all around the property, the out dated furniture in every room, the old door locks from a sister company that got rid of them because of how bad they are, leaky toilets and pipes under the garage, horrible colors painted on all of the interior and exterior walls of the hotel, for the price you pay for one night at either one of these properties, Crystal Palms or Sunset Vistas, your better off renting a air bnb near by. Speaking ALL from experience. Go elsewhere.

Stayed in unit 407. The condo could use a coat of paint and a good scrubbing. The first thing we noticed was the filthy front door and baseboards. After walking around barefoot for a couple of hours our feet were black. Not sure when any of the surfaces were cleaned. Lots of slopping maintenance work. The kitchen had nowhere near a setup for four people (this is a two bedroom condo); I don't recall the exact numbers but we're talking things like three glasses, two spoons, six knives, etc. The beds were decent but the pillows were these weird tiny terrible squares that were barely the width of a human head and if you rolled over, you rolled off the pillow. Location is great; close to John's Pass and everything else in town. The price was right but I'm not sure if it was worth it after all the drawbacks.
