My husband and I spent one night here in September of 2018 and wish we had stayed longer. We were driving through the Italian countryside from Florence and reserved a night here in advance. Roberto and Daniela make you feel so welcome. Our upstairs corner room was very neat and clean with beautiful views. It was comfortable and quiet. We enjoyed wine on the patio in the afternoon then dined in town later on. In the morning, Daniela made us the perfect cappuccino and served a beautiful breakfast of meats, cheeses and pastries/breads. It was lovely. And very affordable.We loved our time at Country House Parco Ducale and look forward to another (longer) visit one day. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

Parco Ducale just outside Urbania provided us with a relaxing 5 days in this unspoilt corner of Italy. Check-in was easy and a warm welcome awaited. The room was clean and spacious, with great views. The shower was a little tired but other than that all was good. The pool is a good size and the small number of rooms meant that we often had it to ourselves. Breakfasts were typical Italian with a good range and some lovely cakes. Urbania had a charming little town centre just 20 minutes walk away on a well lit path. There is a good selection of places to eat (see my other reviews). A supermarket is just 10 minutes walk away. This part of Italy is similar to Tuscany but seems to have been missed by so many (didn't hear one English voice in 5 days) it offers beautiful scenery, charming towns and very reasonable prices.

A beautiful country house with 12 rooms, some with kitchen area. Set in spacious grounds next to an imposing country house just outside Urbanism- about a 20-25m walk from the centre. has a pool with plenty of space to sunbathe. Breakfast is a buffet with a good choice, with the lady of the house always on hand to offer a cappcino or espresso. We were made to feel very welcome. I have very basic Italian but got along fine. There were a couple of other British guests but this seems to be mainly used by Italians in Summer- for us a good thing- an authentic Italian experience.

Wonderful week at the Parco Ducale

Just had another fantastic week at the Parco Ducale. The hotel is in such a beautiful setting and an easy walk to the centre of Urbania. I stayed with a group of friends and we also attended language lessons at the Scuola Italia who had arranged our accommodation at the Parco Ducale. The rooms were large and very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Our hosts Roberto and Daniela were so welcoming and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. A wonderful week, this is my third visit and I will happily stay there again. Grazie infinite.

Everything is perfect! The accommodation is clean and very well maintained. The view is amazing and breathtaking. Breakfast is great, enough options of sweet and savory to choose from. The only cons we can think of, that we stayed only for 2 nights :-(. But we will definitely be back! :-) p.s. 5 minutes away (by car) from the accommodation, there is this organic ice cream store that is just divine. I'm trying to remember the name, I think it's called "La bottega organico". Try their extra dark chocolate or fruit flavor...quality ingredients. Yummm!
