Foi um pouquinho difícil de achar o lugar, mas sua localização é muito boa, a poucos minutos da Piazza San Marco. Conseguimos fazer tudo a pé. O café da manhã era bem completo e muito gostoso. O único inconveniente foi o tamanho do box do banheiro, beeem pequeno. A vista da sala do café da manhã e do quarto eram maravilhosas! Recomendo sim o lugar!

Honeymoon Visit

What a fantastic stay. Can be tricky to find the correct door to enter but the photographs and instructions sent made that a lot easier. No lifts here so you must be able to carry luggage upstairs. Check in was quick and swift. Rooms a lovely size, bottle of Prosecco for our Honeymoon and fantastic views. Location perfect and even though central it was super quiet. The gondola singers woke us up in a morning. Super romantic. Just be careful opening the windows at night as all the mosquitos came in and my husband got bitten a fair bit. Amazing rainfall shower, very decent sized rooms and the biggest comfiest bed we could’ve wanted. Home comforts like Nespresso machine and Netflix. Thanks for such a rememberable stay.

Outstanding boutique hotel. Great value.

Outstanding hotel in a gorgeous location. The room was sumptuous, a good size and well equipped. The view from the bedroom windows of a lovely canal is wonderful. Although the hotel is very central in Venice it is very peaceful. One of the best value hotels I have ever stayed in.

Of all the places we stayed in Italy this room was the largest by far. We had a view of a small canal right out of our window. We could have used a detailed map of Venice because we often had a hard time finding our way back. Comfortable bed, great shower and plenty of room.

bad experience - not customer focused

i had a very bad experience. they did not care for me or my needs at all. horrible english and very rude. i would stay at another hotel. these people are not competent . would never stay here again. terrible experience but you can make your own decision
