Maravilhoso hotel construído em um antigo palácio de Veneza. Os funcionários deste hotel têm de fato muito prazer em atender os hospedes, são carinhosos e atenciosos! Os quartos e banheiros tem uma decoração sofisticada e sóbria. Este hotel possui um bonito e saboroso restaurante estrelado Michelin. Adoramos!!! Wonderful hotel built in an old Venetian palace. The staff at this hotel are in fact very happy to assist guests, they are loving and attentive! The rooms and bathrooms have a sophisticated and sober decor. This hotel has a beautiful and tasty Michelin starred restaurant. We love it !!!

A lovely, historic palazzo. It’s all about the staff here, friendly and accommodating, with gracious and pleasant manners. Despite the fact we rolled into the hotel with backpacks after several excursions in the south of Italy, we were treated with kindness and professionalism. Though we did not take advantage of the renowned Michelin restaurant, or use the concierge to book excursions due to our short visit, we believe there is no request that the staff would not try to make happen. Easily accessible via the public Number 1 water taxi, the stop S. Stae landing is steps from Palazzo Venart: From the train station stop at Ferrovia it is a ten minute water journey to the hotel. Buy your one time pass at the main booth after you leave the Venezia S. Lucia train station. The hotel offered to arrange a private water taxi for us as well. Easily walkable to the tourist areas of Venice, the charming rooms are historic, decorated in quiet, grand Venetian luxury. Two beautiful green courtyards are there to enjoy a glass of wine. If you are looking for luxurious modernity you must look elsewhere, but if you are searching for elegant charm in Venice with refined service, the Palazzo Venart is perfect. Save an hour in the morning for the unhurried multi-course breakfast upstairs in the breathtaking piano grand room. Service there, and all around is unsurpassed, an experience we do not often encounter in our travels. We were left daily with fresh fruit, bottles of water, and an unexpected parting gift. We would love to return to Palazzo Venart and experience a room overlooking the Grand Canal.

Unbelievable hotel. Maybe the best we've ever stayed at in the world. Some of the reviews we found online suggest it's not centrally located. On the contrary, we loved the location--for the able-bodied it's a very short walk to the main sites, and frankly we felt it was a relief to be in a quieter part of town (the hotel is terrific for sleeping; it's so quiet!). Palazzo Venart came to feel like a refuge (its small but serene garden overlooking the canal certainly added to that impression). The rooms are incredible; the food is, well...two michelin stars. But it's the service that was the stand-out. With only 17 rooms, the staff provides personalized attention. No waiting on hold for the concierge, only immediate response from a dedicated WhatsApp line. Room service breakfast arrived at precisely the time specified--and when we asked if we could have dinner in a grand, empty drawing room in the property, they served Glam's entire tasting menu to us with our own highly attentive waiter. It really was just the most incredible stay.

Beautiful hotel and amazing staff. I cannot say enough good things about them. Excellent service, made us feel at home, the 2 Michelin stars restaurant was amazing too. Highly recommended. We stayed for 4 nights, the hotel arranged pick up at the bus stop and water transfer, our room was beautiful, but the staff truly make this place a luxury 5 star hotel.

We had a fabulous 3 night stay at Palazzo Venart. The staff were so attentive and helpful, with nothing being too much trouble. Our room (Palladio) was gorgeous and comfortable, with the extra bonus of a terrace for our morning coffee. Only minor quibbles would be that the air con had been switched off centrally but due to it being unseasonably warm for the end of October, the room was overly warm - that was resolved by throwing open the doors to the terrace, but then the mosquitoes came in! That aside, we had a brilliant stay, including a visit to the hotel restaurant Glam. would highly recommend for anyone looking for a touch of luxury.
