Excelente custo x benefício. Hotel de rede com tudo que se espera Quartos confortáveis, equipe treinada e gentil, bom café-da-manhã. Serviço de lavanderia gratuito, o que para nós foi excelente. A localização é perfeita, já que fica em frente ao Parque Nacional de Vicksburg, que é o local mais interessante a ser visitado na cidade. Super recomendado!

I booked a king non-smoking room. Upon entering the room, the smell of smoke was so strong that we began coughing. I immediately returned to the front desk to notify the clerk. She only offered to have someone cime in and spray. After returning from dinner and getting ready for bed, the smell seemed to intensify. At approximately 3 AM, my husband and I decided we couldn't take it anymore. Neither of us was able to sleep. My husband was coughing uncontrollably, and the smell of smoke was unbearable. I went to the front desk in the middle of the night and waited 10 minutes for someone to show. After threatening to leave in the middle of the night, they finally agreed to change our room. The new room had a broken box spring, but it didn't smell like a chain smoker had been living there for weeks. When asked about being compensated for that night, they refused. Said there was nothing they could do. Needless to say, The Holiday Inn is permanently off my list of acceptable hotels!

Stinky wet dog!

Terrible! Walked into our room and it smelled like a wet dog ! Bathroom door had blood on it ! Towel hanging up also had blood on it ! Completely nasty ! Will not ever stay here again . It’s so sad how this hotel has gone down hill so badly . We would have changed hotels but everyone was booked.

We were in town for a wedding. Staff was friendly and welcoming. They accommodated all my requests and the hotel looked pretty full. The room was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again if I'm ever in Vicksburg.

I’ve stayed at Holiday Inn Express a lot. This one not newly remodeled, but was still clean. Basic free breakfast. However, I’ve stayed in newer Holiday Inns and these beds were by far the most comfortable ones I slept in this whole trip. Close to the National Military Park!
