The Fairfield Inn was clean in all public places. Parking lot was nicely landscaped, lite at night and clean. Complementary breakfast was a nice touch. All of the employees were kind, helpful and friendly. Room was spacious, clean and well stocked with everything needed for a visit. The work space in the room was generous with lots of power outlets and USB ports. They also had a modest work area in lobby area with printer as well as a gym. Although we did not use the pool it was beautiful and I’m sure a treat for those that used it

This is not your typical Hampton Inn. It is bad need of renovations. It is very dark and depressing. The wallpaper is coming off the walls. One elevated was broke when we were there not very convenient. Breakfast was sad. Only water, apple juice or coffee to drink everything else was not working. It is off the beaten path not very conveniently located to anything well I guess Walgreens.

I didn't want to give this place a 2 star review but I just had to due to issues with cleanliness & disrepair. If you look at my pictures, you'll see that the wallpaper in the bathroom was stained with splashes & drips of some red substance (?!) Take a look at the shower fixture - it was literally coming off the wall. There was also a burn mark on the carpet that is not pictured. I just expect more from the Marriott brand. To be fair, I did bring these issues to the attention of the front desk. I hope they take action.

Quick one night stay. Flew in from Albany, NY. Flight was delayed so we got in later than expected. The front desk staff was so nice - kudos to her! The room was clean and the bed comfy. Nothing to complain about. They have the breakfast back up and running, so that was a post Covid bonus!
Does not adhere to their credit card statement

I placed a reservation with a credit card and they charged me before I arrived . I cancelled the reservation 10 days before arrival and received a cancellation number. I looked at my statement over a week later and the charge was still there. I called and they apologized and said they credited my card. I looked the next day and the charge was still on my card. I called and they said it would take 5 to 7 days for the charge to come off. What? I would not recommend this place to anyone
