The good: Ron at the front desk is the ONLY good about this hotel. Professional with above and beyond customer service. Hands down one of the BEST Hilton employees I’ve met in 122 stays this year. The bad: torn shower curtain, sheets that didn’t even fit one of the beds (we had two queens so we slept on the one that looked like it had actually been made), overall cleanliness was not up to standard. The awful: the second we stepped off the elevator we were met by a heavy marajuana smell. Contact high level smell. Our room was next to the maintenance room or under something on the roof that literally BANGED all night. We both tossed and turned, even using a white noise app on the phone couldn’t muffle it out. How is anyone supposed to sleep through that? This hotel is in DIRE NEED of some basic repairs and replacements. Shower curtains, sheets and find a way to repair whatever is banging so loud that you hear it nonstop in 610.

The staff was friendly and my room was clean but the public spaces were poorly kept. Spilled food and drinks in the elevator never got cleaned up. The gym clearly hadn’t been cleaned in weeks and there was no water, towels, or sanitizing wipes.

The hotel is by a Wawa gas station and close to the highways, fast food places, restaurants and the supermarket. The surrounding area/neighborhood is just ok. If you get a suite, and you have a guest or kids, they have to go through your room to get to the bathroom. There isn’t a separate door like Home2suites.

Torn curtain, literally shredded at the bottom. pillows with holes and room should have been cleaner. These things should have been reported by housekeeping. Front desk clerk was very nice as was the maintenance gentleman who came to fix the tv.

I love this hotel!! The staff is welcoming and the hotel is clean. I will rate this hotel a 10!! When I come back in the states from Japan, ibI will definitely reserve me a couple of nights at this location.
