The staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and pillows were better then the average hotel pillows! We stayed as a group (4 rooms); we were in town for a funeral and this location was convenient for our location needs in the rural area.

Very pet friendly with clean rooms

We booked a room here while eating dinner a quarter mile away, based on excellent reviews for travelers with pets. For pet friendliness alone, I rate this Best Western Plus as excellent. We were clearly in a pet room - dog scratches on the bathroom door and easy chair - but if not for those signs, we wouldn't have known it was a pet room. It was very clean with no odors. We were also on the ground floor near an exterior door which was convenient. They even gave our dogs treats when we checked in. Note: as is standard, the hotel charged a reasonable pet fee and they earned every penny of it. Our A/C was effective and quiet, and the bed was comfortable. The room also had a microwave, fridge, wet bar, and coffee maker. The free breakfast was plentiful, hot and fresh. Coffee was available in our room and in the lobby. The breakfast menu for the next two days was posted in the lobby. Common areas were clean and quiet, and a community computer was available. Walls are somewhat thin - I could hear the alarm clock in the adjacent room. Several other rooms on the ground floor had travelers with pets - I know because one bark set off a chain reaction among the rooms. Nonetheless, even being located on the freeway, the overall noise level was minimal and we slept well. My only complaint is that we booked a king suite at a higher rate so we could have a couch, and space for our bikes. When we arrived less than 30 minutes later, we were told no king suites were available. We were still given a standard size king room after insisting on not being put in a queen room, but when we asked for a refund of the price difference, we were told no. Nonetheless, service was friendly and I would stay here again. Note for hunters - this hotel has an outdoor area dedicated to cleaning birds, and they offer rags for cleaning guns. I am not a hunter and didn't know this was a popular hunting area, but I am passing on this information in case it is helpful to someone.

The staff at this hotel were very friendly and accommodating making sure all was to your liking. The hotel is non smoking and clean. Food was served at appropriate temperatures and was good as well as they had a great selection!

Conveniently located but that was the only thing that stood out about this property. Room and furnishings were outdated and dirty. Hotel smelled of burnt food. Staff was pleasant but hotel needs an update. Did not try the breakfast.

Enjoyed my stay. I felt clean and comfortable enough to walk barefoot in my room. Not a spot of mold or bug anywhere. No musty smell. No humidity. The breakfast was like home cooked food. Although my stay was 284 dollars a night, having my grandmother staying with me helped, I received a discount to 208 a night.
