The hotel is in a good location right off the freeway, with businesses and restaurants nearby. The staff was polite and friendly, and the room was very clean. We asked for extra washcloths and they were sent up right away. The bed was comfortable, there was a microwave, refrigerator, and an unusually large TV. The dining room was closed, but food could be ordered and delivered to the room. There was a good buffet breakfast and people could sit at the dining room tables. Overall, it was a very good experience.

We booked this hotel back in June for a fun family weekend at Wild Waves. After we checked in and went to our room, we noticed the carpet around the fridge/sink/dishwasher was wet and as soon as we walked in the door we were hit with a mildew smell. We called the front desk to tell them about it and all they would say is they weren’t aware of any water issues. My mom stayed on the pull out couch, which wouldn’t stay down and would fold up on you when you sat on it. The sinks in the bathroom wouldn’t drain, every time we turned them on, even just a trickle, they would fill up. The drain itself was just disgusting. The ceiling around the shower had mold, there was no way to control the temperature out in our living space of the room. The windows opened but didn’t have any screens to stop our 2 young kids from falling out. The pool was absolutely disgusting. At one point I was in the elevator with another couple who had just checked in, they went to room and found trash on the counters from the previous guests. Our room had a full size fridge, which was awesome for our group to keep food and drinks in, but as we were packing up the fridge we noticed the roof of the fridge was leaking onto our food from the freezer. I can understand being understaffed and having a busy weekend, I really do, however this was completely unacceptable. I have tried calling the manager multiple times and apparently he just decides when he wants to come in and when he doesn’t even if he’s scheduled to be there that day, or he’s just avoiding calls.

0 stars is my rating No shuttle even though website states they have 24 hr service No working a/c No working hot water Beds hard as a rock 🪨 Not your average best western, specially not a "Plus" We will never stay at this location ever, ever, ever again.

Toilets were clogged and the front desk said use the lobby. Bad service!!!!!!!!!$

I got a room with my family for my birthday weekend the 2nd night the toilet wouldnt flush we called the front desk and they waited 2 hours to come and plunge the same we did for over a hour so the front desk said to use the lobby we still have 2 more nights here and the front desk said there is nothing he can do but refund me for the night if i leave in 30 min or call the general manager monday. This was a friday night.

Horrible ending to a great trip

The night at this hotel almost ruined how great the previous week had been. If the hotel says the restaurant is open, it should be open. If there is a coffee maker in the room, there should be coffee, creamer, etc. If there is a phone in the room, it should work. If you complain to the front desk, they should fix it. If you call customer service, they should call you back to fix it.
