Hotel simples, limpo, para uma visita rápida acho que ok, mas tivemos dificuldades para conseguir simplesmente água. Eles não tem frigobar, nem room service, para jantar eles te dão o telefone da pizzaria.
O hotel está passando por reformas, tem uma parte totalmente fechada. Mas o café da manhã é justo. Tem serviço de transfer do aeroporto e é gratuito.

Hotel perto do aeroporto, acarpetado, com cheiro de velho, café da manhã com somente maçã de fruta, tudo descartável. A piscina é indoor, não cheguei a usar. A janela tem isolamento acústico. Os lençóis são bem limpos. A única coisa ruim é aquele temível edredon escuro que fica em cima da cama. Coisa antiga, mas para ficar pouco tempo, valeu.

This hotel is very poorly equipped. While I was waiting to check in a young lady wanted to do laundrt, the front desk person as well as shuttle driver could not answer her questions and were at a loss to help her.
I found i do not have any washclothes in my room and was told it would take 1 to 2 hours to get some at 745pm. The refridgerator is pretty beat up.
Sad part is I had a hotel with a much higher rating and was moved by them to this hotel so the city coukd rent the other. Needless to say it isnt working out real well.
Good, reasonably priced room; excellent staff and service

I've stayed at this hotel 3 times. I will return in the future because it is exactly what I'm looking for: a decent, clean room, a good price, a convenient location, and a helpful staff. During a previous stay, there was a mishap at my room and the manager graciously and effectively addressed it - thank you!
Misleading advertisements -

The hotel facility is quite allright, being a rather newer facility. However, I am really annoyed that, one year after the beginning of the COVID-19 Pandemic, they still advertise on the Choice Comfort Inn website:
"Free Hot Breakfast, Fitness Center, Free Airport Shuttle"
This facility has zero intention to serve breakfast whatsoever. They stopped in June 2020 and had not resumed by November. Moreover, they do not make any effort to try to offer something... anything. Other hotels of the same stature in the US, including some nearby, try to provide a brown bag grab-n-go breakfast. Not so much for this property.
Does it really take one full year to come up with the logistics of putting an orange juice, a chewy bar, and a muffin in a brown bag?? If it takes an hotel that advertise "free hot breakfast" everywhere on its Choice website more than a year to work out the logistics of a grab-n-=go breakfast, maybe the management is not meant to work in the hospitality industry.
Right now, I consider this management dishonest.
