Ótima opção em Watertown, este hotel é uma extensão de sua casa, funcionários atenciosos e prestativos, quartos limpos e arrumados. Nas proximidades diversos restaurantes inclusive alguns em que se pode ir à pé. Ao lado do aeroporto municipal da cidade. Fácil acesso.

Stayed over on March 7th. When we arrived, the young man at the counter was very professional and friendly. We went to our room and dropped our luggage in and left for supper. When we arrived back in the room, we found that the carpet was disgusting as there was food and pills on the floor from the previous guests. It looked as though it hadn't been vacuumed in a while. We then checked the bedding, and thankfully, that was clean, and it was actually comfortable. We were totally exhausted from driving many hours from Nashville, so i decided to have a nice hot bath. Well, that didn't last long as we ran out of hot water. We were so tired we decided not to complain and just went to bed. When we checked out, the woman was not that friendly and didn't bother to ask how we enjoyed our stay. Customer service and cleanliness in a hotel is probably most important to us.

Make sure you have a hotspot because the internet is terrible. Everything else is fine, but I don't even care about that, not having reliable, fast internet is a big problem. Not much else to say, filling in the minimum characters to post a review.

The hotel wasn't bad, but the location, although "convenient," was very noisy, with route 81 traffic making noise just about all night. The free breakfast (except for the coffee) was inedible. You couldn't even slice the bagels they were so hard. But the worst was when, having prepaid the one-night stay via Priceline, I was billed AGAIN by the check-out person and then, when I discovered the error on my credit card statement and called someone there to ask for a credit, they actually billed me AGAIN! It took hours of back and forth with the hotel, with my bank, as well as so much frustration you wouldn't believe. What was supposed to be a mini-holiday for my elderly husband and myself turned out to be a total disappointment.

Fabulous getaway and fabulous place to stay.

Staff were friendly upon arrival. The room was spacious and very clean. Our room was next to the elevator and I never heard a sound. The bed and pillows were comfortable. I usually have a terrible sleep my first night anywhere new. I slept amazingly here. When we come to Watertown again, we are staying here. Also the parking, Wi-Fi and breakfast are all included in the price. No surprise charges and the breakfast was good.
