Moverd from Sheraton Wenzhou. Planned to stay in Sheraton for this trip (4nights), but moved to Pullman after 2 nights. Rita Luo waited me out of elevator cause she saw my car passed hotel. I just sign and turn back to office. Very efficient. Then I met the first generation staff of Pullman, Michelle Chen, she left for few years and came back. Its good to meet old friend in the same hotel. I have my birthday in Pullman Wenzhou, Rita asked me whether had a party or not. I said thanks and no due to I have other meeting need to be attend. Then i got a birthday card and bottle of wine in the room. Sweet!

This is my 103 times checked-in this hotel. I was disappointed for this hotel starting from 2021. They did sink into the below line. This time, seemed they have good improvement. There is a setup to welcome me for my 103th checked-in. This is not the main surprising. I noted they put my car number in the parking software which I dont need to go front desk to report my number. This is hidden surprising, means they really read deeper. Then the new manager in breakfast area recognized me and provide me my favorite. By the hidden surprising, I could feel hotel new management team want to do something to make guests feel it. This is good！ I hope the improvement is for all guests, not only for Diamond member. Thanks for Issac, Rita and Mark, they did impressed me.
Unknown new staff like trainee ...

I believe there are many new staff were trainee. They don't even know the privileges of Diamond member. Now more people say hello when you walk by the front desk. Very few employee worked for long time. That means, the feeling of this hotel is deopping. Still appreciate the old staff Terry in front desk and Mr. Lee Haitong in breakfast. They did know what you need. Really thanks.
High Quality Service From Ben

I stayed at this beautiful property on September during a big living show in Wenzhou. The hotel is located around 30 minutes by taxi from train station. Check-in was smooth and without issues. Rom was quite vintage but with all the facilites for a good rest. Breakfast was ok. Normally, It would have been an overall stay, however thanks to Welcome Manager Mr. Ben my stay was unforgettable. I stayed with my girlfriend and prior my arrival I contacted the hotel to make a couple arrangement. Ben, took ownership of the matter and prepare everything. Beautiful welcome ammenity, with super view from 17th floor, simple but touching decoration in the room and some flowers with handwriting note for surprising my girlfriend. The overall arrangement was just "wow". Ben is truly an asset to the hotel and I hope he can achieve all his goals. Thank you Ben for making my stay memorable!

I stayed this hotel many times a year recognized by many staff. They all very kind. This time I brought my bicycle down to Wenzhou. Hotel allowed me to carry it into my room. The room is nice with 180degree river view. Clean and nice. Breakfast is also very good. The lounge was closed due to the COVID-19 but Hotel provide happy hour deliver to room. 6 different sets of meals! good idea!
