The property is very nice, everyone i encountered was great, I remebered everyones name because they made me feel welcome! The food was amazing the room was very clean. Excellent service from check in to check out!

Expensive hotel, some attitude

This hotel is expensive. Over $100 for a basic breakfast… seriously? And then they add in a 5% “administration fee”… what is that about? It just seems that they take every opportunity to extract more $ from the customer and that leaves an unpleasant taste. Experience with the staff was mixed - some were very nice and friendly, but others just made you feel like you’re an inconvenience, getting in the way of them trying to look cool. Our room was not ready at check in time (4pm… which is already late for checkin). Location is good, for WeHo, but this does not justify the prices and attitude. Avoid their expensive valet only parking by using the public lot opposite Sur restaurant on Robertson Blvd. Would not stay here again.

The room wasn’t clean and the service isn’t professional

The room wasn’t ready on check in time and the excuse was the room check in time was changed. The room wasn’t clean. The guest service was at a level of motel and not a good hotel. All in all doesn’t worth it. The room is big and the bed is good, nice pool. The food wasn’t the best and over priced

Amazing staff

My husband and I hosted our wedding guests at the Kimpton La Peer for the weekend. I have so many nice things to say about this hotel but most importantly, the staff was amazing. Nicholas helped us organize a room block and was so responsive and helpful throughout our planning process. We hosted a cocktail party on-site one of the nights and it went even better than we every could have imagined. Jennifer and Tony were so amazing in helping us plan and Rahul was the world's best server - our guests could not stop complimenting the service! The service at the bar and pool area was also great and the staff was so kind and helpful to all of our friends and family. Added bonus is that the hotel is beautiful, clean, and very conveniently located. Our guests who were in from out of town loved being able to walk to bars and restaurants in WeHo and on Melrose.

Beautifully designed spaces, spacious comfortable room and great shower. Staff was very attentive. I needed a scissor and voila it was at my door. Last but not least Perfect location to get to everything in the heart of West Hollywood!
